Subhash Ghai along entertainment professionals Inspire students in Delhi

  

It was a full house at Muktadhara Auditorium in Delhi as youth and students from across the city gathered for an insightful session with industry experts. This was part of the Inspiration 2014, the pan-Indiaseries of media knowledge seminars organised by media & communication students from Whistling Woods International, one of the top 10 film schools of the world by Hollywood Reporter.

Open to students across colleges, this was the fourth year of the nation-wide series. The event witnessed industry professionals like Subhash Ghai – (Filmmaker | Founder & Chairman, WWI), Rahul Puri (MD, Mukta Arts Pvt Ltd | Head of Academics, WWI), Abhay Gupta (Founder & CEO, Luxury Connect), Vartika Nanda (Writer|Journalist), Ankur Kalra (CEO, Vibgyor Brand Services PVT. LTD.) and Priya Sachdev (Director & Creative Director, TSG International Marketing PVT. LTD) conducting an insightful session. The panelists discussed opportunities and career scopes in the media and entertainment industry with the young audience.

Subhash Ghai Puri, Founder & Chairman, WWI, said, “Delhi is full of talent. Every profession requires proper training to enhance skills and learn the technicalities and understand the basics. Therefore, whoever is planning a career in media and entertainment; should firstly pursue formal training and education.”

In its fourth year, Inspiration 2014 has traveled across 7 cities starting from Ahmedabad and moving on to Kolkata, Pune, Guwahati, Delhi, Jaipur and Chennai to inspire students to do what they love.
