The Weeknd's "Starboy," featuring Daft Punk, is at No. 3 followed by Twenty One Pilots' "Heathens" and DJ Snake's "Let Me Love You," featuring Justin Bieber, at the No. 5.
In a matter of days, “Black Beatles” has become a hit
song all thanks to the #MannequinChallenge which has become a global
phenomenon. The challenge features public to famous athletes to musicians to
even the First Lady of the Unites States hold freeze-frame in all kinds of
scenarios, be it a pep rally to a studio to the White House! Dubbed the new Harlem Shake, people remain
frozen in action shots as the camera moves around them with Black Beatles
playing the background.
The song has been growing at a great rate over the last
month, but in the last week, it has gone from #40 on the global Spotify chart
to #1 with 4.3 million streams a day thanks to the mannequin challenge.
