Lupita Nyong’o voicing Raksha. Raksha is introduced as a wolf acquaintance of Bagheera. Unlike her mate, Raksha does not speak, and her name is not mentioned during the film. Due to her short appearance, little of her personality is known, but she can be assumed to be caring and motherly, due to her adoption of Mowgli.

Sir Ben Kingsley voicing Bagheera who is the black panther was one of Mowgli's best friends in the jungle. Bagheera shared in many of Mowgli's adventures as he grew, but eventually the time comes when the man-cub became a man and had to return to human society. Bagheera freed Mowgli of his debt to the wolf pack by killing another bull, and Mowgli returned to his adopted human mother Messua.
Christopher Walken voicing King Louie. King Louie appears to be evil, but he just wants to be human; he is the classic misunderstood villain. He sings the song "I Wanna Be Like You" after he kidnaps Mowgli, and asks the boy to show him the secret of "red flower" so he can be human.
Idris Elba voicing Shere Khan who is the main antagonist of Disney's 1967 animated feature film The Jungle Book. A powerful, suave Bengal tiger, Shere Khan had nothing but disdain for his victims. His reputation was such that he needed only to show himself to intimidate the inhabitants of the jungle. His only fears are guns and fire.
Scarlett Johansson voicing Kaa who is a sly and seductive character, speaking with a soft, often entrancing tone to either lure his victims into a weary, dreamlike state or manipulate them into bestowing their trust, thus allowing him to devour them unexpectedly.
