Jammin’ 2016 ends with a massive Live Concert headlined by AR Rahman Thousands attend this first collaborative concert between YouTube sensations and Bollywood Composers

Week after week Jammin’ has entertained fans with the release of contemporary original music that showcased a combination of Bollywood and digital superstars all on one platform. On Friday, 11th November at NSCI Dome in Mumbai, Jammin’ culminated with a spectacular live concert that featured Oscar and Grammy award winner A.R. Rahman performing live with legendary Bollywood composers and YouTube stars!
Online, Jammin’ already has over 60 YEARS or Five hundred thousand hours of watch time, about twenty million views and an average of fifteen thousand engagements per video. Via social media, radio and hoardings more than 200 million people are estimated to have been reached and these numbers continue to grow as the entire Jammin’ album is now available online.
Jammin’ Live witnessed a number of exciting performances that left the audience spell bound. The Jammin’ stars brought the audience to their feet as they performed the various Jammin’ collaborations coupled with their favorite Bollywood hit songs. The evening started with a bang with composer/singer duo Salim-Sulaiman performing solo tracks as well as collaborations with Jammin’ stars Siddharth Slathia, Mumbai’s finest and popular YouTuber and playback singer Jonita Gandhi who ended with her now massively viral track ‘Break-up Song’ 
Internet sensation SANAM band came on stage as the penultimate performance of the night and were met with a deafening applause as they sang some of their most popular originals including the Jammin’ track ‘Inquilab mera khwab’ and a few of their most popular YouTube hits. Their performance was followed by a felicitation for being the only musicians in the country to cross 1 Million YouTube fans. Earlier in the day, the First Lady of YouTube India, Shraddha Sharma took the stage to sing her favorite Bollywood hits while Maati Baani put on an engaging acoustic performance. Singer - Composer Mithoon enthralled his fans as they sang ‘Tum Hi Ho’ in chorus along with him and Arjun Kanungo who paired up with Aditi Mittal to sing ‘Darkhaast’ from Mithoon’s latest film ‘Shivaay’. Clinton Cerejo delivered his viral hit ‘Madaari’ amongst his Jammin’ collaborations with RaagaTrippin’ and Sanah Moidutty.  
The audience roared in excitement as AR Rahman came on as the grand finale and enthralled the audience with his hit tracks. The night ended with Rahman’s rousing performance of the Jammin’ track ‘Yaara’ with all the YouTube stars.  
Coupled with the musical extravaganza, the much awaited winner of the Jammin' Signature Startup Master class was given a one lac rupee grant. Title co-sponsor, Airtel’s contest winner was also felicitated while Radio Partner Red FM’s Rishi Kapoor made a surprise appearance and cracked up the audience with a comic sketch.  
Jammin’s online and offline popularity has already made it one of the most recognized cross-media properties by showcasing versatility and the true power of collaboration between real world and virtual world superstars.
