As we enter the final month of the year 2016, Spotify announced its year-end
lists of the streaming service most popular acts. Rapper Drake, singing
sensation Justin Beiber and Rihanna topped this year’s list as they saw
tremendous success over the course of 2016.
Amongst them, Drake’s record smashing hits saw major
popularity across U.S. and international charts gaining the top spots for - top
artists, most streamed male artists, most streamed tracks with "One Dance
(feat. WizKid and Kyla)" and most streamed albums with Views. This is the
second year in a row that Drake has received the most streamed artist with more
than 4.7 billion
