The
makers of upcoming family entertainer ‘Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana’,
which stars Vivaan Shah, Akshara Haasan, Gurmeet Choudhary and Kavitta Verma,
decided to shoot their romantic number ‘Rishta’ in Kashmir to enhance the
romantic feel of the love ballad.
We
hear that though the terrain was quite difficult and the weather quite cold,
the crew got a warm welcome from the locals, the army personnel and members of
other security forces, which made for a most pleasant experience for the film
team. Confirming the reports, writer-director Manish Harishankar said, “We shot
a few songs including 'Rishta' in Kashmir. We were amazed by the warmth and
affection shown by the officials, security personnel and locals. They offered
us help and people from nearby locations would often bring chai and some
amazing Kashmiri food for the entire cast."
'Laali
Ki Shaadi Mein Laaddoo Deewana’ stars Akshara Haasan, Vivaan Shah, Gurmeet
Choudhary and Kavitta Verma, who play pivotal roles in the film. Written and
directed by Manish Harishankar and produced by TP Aggarwal and Rahul Aggarwal
under the banner Star Entertainment Worldwide Pvt Ltd. The movie also features
Saurabh Shukla, Sanjay Mishra, Darshan Jariwala, Ravi Kishan, Suhasini Mulay,
Navni Parihar, Kishori Shahane, Jyoti Kalsh and Ehsan Khan. This film is a
family entertainer which revolves around a royal marriage and quirky
characters, who are hilariously trapped in their own tragedies.
'Laali
Ki Shaadi Mein Laaddoo Deewana’ is slated to release on April 7
this year.
