Suhaib Ilyasi demands State and Police Protection for maestro Ghulam Ali Sahib as he comes to promote his film Ghar Wapsi to Mumbai

Journalist and Filmmaker Suhaib Ilyasi whose film Ghar Wapsi is under production over the past six months and which also marks the debut of Ghulam Ali as an actor apart from singing an Indian patriotic song in the film has asked for police protection for the legendary singer.
Also present at the event were Rajendra Singh, National President of the Hindu Shakti Sena and Acharya Hathyogi Sahil Maharaj who pleaded that Ghulam Ali sahib should be accorded police protection.
While Rajendra Singh spoke about how the late Sena supremo Balasaheb Thackeray did not oppose any Pakistani citizen who spoke good about India and wanted the Shiv Sena to toe the line, Sahil Maharaj said that the conversions that took place earlier will not take place during the Modi rule. “There were conversions for 500 years during the Mughal, British and the Sonia Gandhi regime. We will not let these conversions take place in our Hindu Raj and our Modi Raj now. I am glad that Mr Ilyasi has made a feature film about the conversions and Ghar Wapsi," said Maharaj.
Ilyasi and others who addressed a press conference in Mumbai expressed dissatisfaction over how the singer's concert was cancelled last year in Mumbai and said that the state and the police machinery should be deployed on Friday when the singer addresses a press conference to mark the music release of the film Ghar Wapsi.
“Ghulam Ali Sahib is a legend and I want to request the Mumbai police and the Maharashtra government to provide protection to Ghulam Ali saab during his stay in Mumbai. There is a threat to Ali saab by Shiv Sena. They did not allow him to perform in India last year,” said Ilyasi.

Priyanka Chopra’s ‘Tough Cop’ Act In The New Promo of ‘Jai Gangaajal’ Is Awesome!

Priyanka Chopra will be seen playing a no-nonsense cop named Abha Mathur in Prakash Jha’s upcoming film ‘Jai Gangaajal’ and a new promo of the film has been unveiled, which has left us in awe of the former beauty queen.
The new promo of the film focuses on Chopra as IPS officer SP Abha Mathur, who takes charge of Bankipur district and announces on her first day of duty that she is not here to just throw her weight around, but to crack down on law-breakers. The promo then goes on to show how Mathur takes on the anti-social elements in her jurisdiction, despite opposition from local politicians, who don’t want her to upset the nexus of politics and crime.
Priyanka has nailed the tough cop look and her dialogue delivery and body language will bring back memories of cop films like 'Ardh Satya’ and ‘Zanjeer’, which had featured righteous and incorruptible cops.
Written and directed by Prakash Jha, produced by Prakash Jha Productions and Play Entertainment and co-produced by Milind Dabke, Jai Gangaajal revisits the dusty heartland of Central India and examines the society–police relationship. Starring Priyanka Chopra, the movie is all set to release on 4th March, 2016. Jai Gangaajal is not a prequel or a sequel to Ajay Devgn starrer Gangaajal but is a fresh story. Watch the new promo here -
