Superstar
Anil Kapoor who enjoys constantly reinventing himself and pushing the envelope
as an actor , today walked home with the award for “Best Supporting Actor” at
the Zee Cine Awards. After
having audiences laughing off their seats with his performance in Mubarakan ,
Anil Kapoor beat off the competition to win “Best Supporting Actor” for his
portrayal of the lovable Kartar Singh, a bachelor living the high Punjabi life
in London. While
receiving the award said Anil Kapoor, “This is really exciting. Thank you Zee ,
thank you to my fans and well wishers. It was a blast shooting for this film
and I’m happy to receive an award for it. I’m raring to go after this”
