It was a dual celebration for Producer Manju
Bharti as she brought in her birthday and Holi at the same time. Besides a
colourful cake and sumptuous snacks, the evening was replete with music and
Holi colours at Lahiri House in Juhu.
Said Bappi Lahiri, “It was a familial journey for
us with Manju Bharti and Mukesh Bharti as after being their composer in Do Pal
Pyaar Ke, I am now directing their next film, Ek Adhura Sangeet, that is
produced by Manju Bharti and stars Mukesh Bharti opposite a leading Bollywood
actress. The film will be a musical. Today’s celebration time and I am happy to
be a part of the festivities.”
Added Manju Bharti and Mukesh J Bharti, “It is an
honour and a privilege to be with dada. He has always been our pillar of
strength and support. It is our honour and there can be no better blessing than
to celebrate both, Birthday and Holi at the same time.”
Bappi Lahiri’s grandson, Swastik Bansal too joined
in the celebrations and was seen enjoying with colourful balloons and buckets
of water.
