Bipasha Basu turns down the offer to endorse aerated drink

Bipasha Basu who is immensely disciplined with her fitness regime, was recently approached by the makers of a popular aerated drink to endorse their product on the social media. The fitness icon believes to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle and doesn’t advocate the consumption of aerated products. 

She says, “If I don’t consume such things then how can I promote it and ask others to consume it. I would rather create awareness among the youth and motivate them in terms of fitness and eat healthy stuff.” 

Known for her fit frame and envious curves, Bipasha has always been an inspiration to many, who religiously follow the fitness icon to maintain a healthy living. Bipasha has encouraged and inspired millions of people to get mentally and physically fit through her fitness DVDs. The talented actress had released her first fitness DVD titled Love Yourself in 2010 and Unleash in the year 2014 that consisted of advanced physical training routine.

Bipasha Basu drives the crowds crazy on the DaBang Tour

There is no denying that when Bipasha Basu takes the stage, audiences can expect nothing short of an electrifying performance and the gorgeous star didn’t disappoint this time around too during the DaBang Tour.The actress drove the crowd into a frenzy as she danced to her hit songs including Katra Katra, Bipasha Bipasha, the Race title song,No Entry, Lucky Boy and Beedi . If that wasn’t all , Bipasha  also took the stage with superstar Salman Khan as they danced to Hangover and Munni Badnaam Hui . They were joined by Akshay Kumar at the Hongkong leg of the tour and had the audience begging for more.Dressed in a Shane & Falguni Peacock creation , Bipasha looked stunning as ever and reminded audiences of how she was the original star to pioneer the item song trend.

Bipasha Basu to open self defense centers

Bipasha Basu is all set to establish a self defense academy for women next year , which will include lessons in kickboxing, Krav Maga and other forms of combat training .

The actress plans to open it in 3 key centers namely Mumbai, Delhi and her hometown Kolkata. The academy will primarily cater to young girls in the 13 to 30 age group but will also allow special enrollments by men and women in the older age group with decent fitness levels as well as martial arts enthusiasts.

Talking about the initiative says Bipasha, “Crime in India is escalating at an alarming rate and I believe self defence is the need of the hour. We are designing a week-long crash course initially, and will then turn it into a full-fledged one, spanning a month or more”.

Bipasha is currently in the process of zeroing in on certified trainers for the academy.

Bipasha Basu paints the town red

The gorgeous Bipasha Basu painted the town red last night at the Star Screen awards in a crimson gown by designers Shantanu & Nikhil and red lips.Bipasha attended the show to support husband Karan Singh Grover, who hosted the award ceremony alongside Karan Johar. This was one of the many stunning public appearances Bipasha has been making off recent .The actress looked red hot at the award ceremony red carpet and had everyone clicking away.Nailing her fashion game point on,she later presented the Style Icon award to Deepika Padukone at the show.
