Veteran music
composer, Padma Bhushan Shri Khayyam Sahab and his wife Jagjit Kaur announced
to donate their entire life earnings and wealth back to the film industry from
where it was earned by forming a trust called Khayyam Jagjit Kaur KPJ
Charitable Trust that annually provides a designated sum of money to the FWICE
forever to support artists, workers and technicians of the film industry.
Khayyam Sahab and his wife Jagjit Kaur announced the same at Maheshwari Bhavan
(Oshiwara, Andheri W) in presence of Subhash Ghai, Nitin Mukesh, FWICE
President Kamlesh Pandey, FWICE General Secretary Dilip Pithwa, Talat Aziz,
Bhupinder and Mitali Singh, Uttam Singh, Mukesh Sharma, actor and Hon.
Secretary of CINTAA Sushant Singh among others.
