Harshvardhan Kapoor's heroic act receives a warm reception on Netflix

Harshvardhan Kapoor who recently attended the Neuchatel Film Festival in South korea for  the special screening of his film Bhavesh Joshi Superhero, has been inundated with messages from fans the world over, as the film went on to make its Netflix premiere.

When Bhavesh Joshi released in India ,the critics and trade were all praise for the young actor's performance in the vigilante drama and the reception it received on the world's leading platform for TV shows and movies was no different. Many of his fans including comic books/superhero fans cinephiles and harsh's girl fan following to name a few have been loving it

Harshvardhan Kapoor's timelines across his social media platforms have been flooded with praise from fans across the globe , a risk that paid off for the actor who has always chosen to take the road less traveled.

Harsh made an unconventional debut with Mirzya ,later proving his versatility by pulling off a heroic role in the superhero entertainer.

Says Harsh, "Overwhelmed .. I feel like the film has released now .. the kind of response and traction I’ve seen in the last 2 days I didn’t see during the entirety of the theatrical run ... when it came out in cinemas most people that saw it really loved it but the numbers were small I knew in my heart that digital would be a great platform but I don’t expect it to be so overwhelmingly positive."

Harshvardhan Kapoor leaves no stone unturned for Abhinav Bindra's biopic


Harshvardhan Kapoor is going all out to headline Abhinav Bindra's biopic and one would expect nothing less from the actor who delivered a stellar debut with Mirzya.  It is learnt that the highly anticipated biopic is a coming-of-age story that will showcase Bindra’s growth and transition from childhood to adulthood, as he trains to be a professional shooter. In order to ace the role, Harshvardhan will be required to lose and gain weight to look younger and older respectively. Making the actor appear believable and authentic as he ages in the film will also invlove the use of prosthetics and VFX. Reveals a source, “Harshvardhan needs to gain and lose weight to not only appear authentic but also to be able to make the necessary impact with the film by showing Bindra’s transition, as he ages in the movie. The actor will be essaying Bindra’s character as a young child and as India's first ever Olympic champion who earned a gold medal in Beijing in 2008 and finished at the fourth place in Rio De Janeiro in the year 2016.It is clear that just at 26 years of age, Harshvardhan is well on his way to becoming synonymous with performance-oriented roles considering his movie choices and hard-core preparation.

Harshvardhan gets emotional at the end of Bhavesh Joshi

Harshvardhan Kapoor ,who made a clean sweep of the “Best Debutante” awards this award season , already has some of the biggest filmmakers rooting for him ,despite being just one film old.Winning hearts as a warrior in his first film, this talented Kapoor scion has sunk his teeth into a vigilante drama titled Bhavesh Joshi, opting for variety and versatility so early in his career.Harshvardhan, who put his blood and sweat into the film, turned emotional at the wrap up shoot of Bhavesh Joshi since the film was extremely challenging and intense for everyone involved.He thanked and hugged every member of the crew, at the end of the concluding shoot that lasted for 12 hours, located on the outskirts of Mumbai. 
Talking about the experience, the young actor says, “We finally wrapped Bhavesh Joshi. The shoot is officially over; it has been an incredible experience of 80 days of intense shoot through rains, night, mornings packed with action. It has been very tough. We made this film with lot of passion, fighting absolutely everything that went against the current. This has been a film we wanted to make for years and to actually be through this journey and go through all that we went through is a fantastic feeling.” 

Recalling an incident from the schedule, he says, "We were shooting in Karjat and I was in prosthetics, covered in mud and sweat. We had to wait for several hours to do that shoot, but it was worth it. It was challenging, given that we shot a 90-100-day film in less than 80 days, and in difficult conditions".

Harshvardhan Kapoor goes short for Bhavesh Joshi

Harshvardhan Kapoor who is fast becoming quite the style icon, recently chopped his long hair for the next schedule of Bhavesh Joshi.Harsh, who had grown quite fond of his long tresses , had to cut them off after painstakingly looking after them , for Vikramaditya Motwane's vigilante drama.And while most would be relieved about going short in the summer, not to mention the look trending over social media with his fans raving, the actor reiterates that he never follows trends.Says Harsh, "I am not really into trends. I don't go looking for them. I really liked the long hair. The look was quite unique and different. I don't think about it so much though. The haircut is for my role in the upcoming film. I go with my directors' vision."
