Gurmeet Choudhary to represent India at ‘Inflow Global Summit’ in Istanbul

Gurmeet Choudhary is quite excited to represent his country at the global level by being part of the prestigious Inflow Global Summit 2018 to be held in Istanbul (Turkey) this month.

Interestingly, the talented actor who is touted to be the first Indian attending the summit, will be talking about India’s rich culture and traditions at the coveted Summit that will bring together social media content creators, opinion leaders, and sector professionals with leading brands in various sectors for informative & fun activities such as panels, keynotes, B2I meetings arranged through INFLOW Bridge, dinners and trips.

Gurmeet, who has already left for Turkey, confirms, "It’s a great honour and privilege to represent my country at the global summit. I'm really looking forward to meet dignitaries and distinguished personalities from different countries  at the summit."

 INFLOW Global Summit ‘18 aims to bring an end to 2018 after expanding your network circle, and start the New Year with possible business partnerships for both influencers and brands. Gurmeet Choudhary gifts dream house to wife Debina

Gurmeet Choudhary is a doting husband and the talented actor is known to spring huge surprises on his dearest wife Debina.Recently, the talented actor surprised his wife by buying a plot in Himachal Pradesh for her birthday, (April 18) in advance.A source says, “During their holidays in Himachal Pradesh last year, they thought about buying a place there, as Debina feels it’s one the most beautiful places on earth. They have been to the state often on vacation or for work. Gurmeet is fond of adventure sports, and one can indulge in many adventure sports in the region. So, it was ideal to get a farmhouse kind of place in the state.”“The plot is apparently located in a small village near Manali, and the couple plans to build a house there soon,” adds the source.Gurmeet says, “Debina is very fond of visiting exotic locations in Himachal Pradesh and always wanted to own a house there. So, this birthday, I thought of gifting her a beautiful house located in a small village near Manali.”

Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee to adopt two girls

Popular couple Gurmeet Choudhary and his wife Debina Bonnerjee is all set to embrace parenthood. 

During the auspicious Holi week, the actors have decided to drive down to Jarampur, a small village in Bihar (Gurmeet's hometown) to adopt two girls

​P​ooja and Lata, aged six and nine. 

Gurmeet's parents -mother Anmol, who is a Hindi school teacher and father Sitaram who is a retired army officer -are settled there and that's where Pooja, an orphan, was living with her uncle and first cousin Lata. But last year Lata's father passed away and the two girls moved in with a distant relative. 

“After hearing about their plight from my mother I discussed them with my wife. Debina agreed with me that it was time to give the kids a home, a deserving education and my last name,” says Gurmeet. 

The initial plan was to support them financially but then remembering his own childhood in Jarampur, which was without electricity for months during the monsoons and where life was difficult without proper amenities, Gurmeet decided to adopt them. 

“All the paperwork is done. We will be going to Jarampur for the final signatures after Holi. It is a two-day process. Everybody, including my parents, keeps asking me when I'm planning a baby. Well, its official now, I'm bringing home two daughters and we couldn't be more excited,” Gurmeet informs.

Gurmeet Choudhary gets robbed in Thailand

Gurmeet Choudhary’s recent trip to Pattaya with wife Debina Bonnerjee for his birthday celebration didn’t end on a good note.While the couple was shopping at a local market on the final day of their trip, Gurmeet’s travel bag went missing.“I was trying something and suddenly realised that my bag was not there. I tried looking for it and asked people around, but it was gone. It turns out a group of thieves function in that area. I was lucky that my passport was with Debina as we had to travel back to India the same evening,” says Gurmeet. Unfortunately, Gurmeet lost cash worth Rs 60,000 and a few personal belongings, including a pair of sunglasses worth Rs 1 lakh.“Blocking my credit and debit cards was the first thing I did after returning to the hotel. It was really shocking, as I am always careful about my belongings. It all happened in a few minutes. I am still a little shaken,” Gurmeet informs adding that he hasn't lodged a police complaint.“I let the matter go. I was on my way to the airport and I had to make it for the trailer launch of my film,” he concludes.

जबलपुर में एक्टिंग स्कूल खोलेंगे गुरमीत चौधरी

लोकप्रिय पौराणिक धारावाहिक में भगवान राम का चरित्र निभा चुके​ गुरमीत चौधरी, जल्द ही आगामी फिल्म वजह तुम ही हो में मुख्य भूमिका निभाते हुए दिखाई देंगे। अभिनेता गुरमीत  ने यह फैसला किया है की वे अपने  होमटाउन जबलपुर, मध्यप्रदेश में एक्टिंग स्कूल खोलेंगे। ​गुरमीत ने अपने शुरूआती कई साल जबलपुर में  बिताये है। यही कारण है कि वह गहराई से अपनी जड़ों से जुड़े हुए है। ​प्रतिभाशाली अभिनेता अपने एक्टिंग के दम पर टेलीविजन इंडस्ट्री में अपनी ताकत बढ़ाते गए , उन्होंने अपने एक्टिंग से इंडस्ट्री में एक मजबूत मक़ाम हासिल किया है लेकिन आज भी गुरमीत के दिल में घर और वह ख्वाब है जिसे वह पूरा करना चाहते है। इसी ख्वाब को पूरा करने लिए अब वे अपने होम टाउन एक एक्टिंग स्कूल बनाएंगे जिससे फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में आने की चाह रखने वाले बच्चो तथा नौजवानो को सही शिक्षा मिलेगी , जो एक्टिंग स्कूल का खर्च नहीं कर सकते उन्हें यहाँ सिखने मिलेगा। गुरमीत का मानना है कि बच्चों के लिए इस तरह के अवसर पैदा
