Why Kangana Ranaut is apt for Queen?

Director Vikas Bahl, who is all set to return as a director with his second stint, Queen, feels that he is actually starting from the scratch.“Chillar Party (his first film as a director) is forgotten. This is as good as a debut,” states Vikas.

While everybody is stunned to see Kangana Ranaut portraying the lead protagonist, ask Vikas as to what made him choose Kangana for the de-glam role of ‘Rani’? “Who said Kangana is de-glam? I wouldn’t call her de-glam. It is a very pretty character. She is girl in a group of 10, whom we think gets unnoticed. Every girl has someone who finds her the most beautiful and eventually falls in love with her. This is the story of one such girl in a group of 10. And I think Kangana is pretty, she has her own sense of style. We might disagree with that. I don’t think there is anyone in this world who feels they don’t have a style. So de-glam is not the right term for it,” reveals Bahl.

Explaining why he zeroed down his choice to Kangana, the director discloses, “We spent 15-20 days of discussing and then narrowed down on her. Kangana belongs to Himachal and she is familiar with those (pahadi) girls – their accent, dressing, body language etc. So it became easy for me. What Kangana has done is real and not caricaturish.”

Presented by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, Queen is a Phantom Production. The Kangana Ranaut-starrer is directed by Vikas Bahl, and produced by Viacom18 Motion Pictures, Vikramaditya Motwane & Anurag Kashyap. Queen, which also stars Rajkummar Rao and Lisa Haydon, is slated to illumine screens, come March 7, 2014.

Daler Mehndi launched ‘Jawani Express’, a full-length Hindi music album by Jasbeer Singh through his home label DRecords at hotel Lalit, Barakhamba Road. The launch of Jasbeer gains in significance as it not just marks the fulfillment of Indi-Pop King Daler Mehndi’s public commitment of launching Jasbeer and new talent.

Commenting on the launch Daler Mehndi said: “I was lucky enough to come from a family and legacy of music and thanks to God and my fans, my music journey has been one of fulfillment and fun. I had decided very early on itself that I would use my position to help newer talent especially those from across the country who are not so privileged get a good platform to not just get noticed and launch their music but to also in the process help enrich the industry with these young prodigies”.

“I had met Jasbeer many years ago on the sidelines of a concert at Gulbarga where he had approached me and taken me up on my public commitment to launching new talent. On the occasion Daler Mehendi announced that He is searching for “Sufi sultan”, for which he will audition sufi singers but also added that only those singer will be able to participate or audition who will plant a tree because greenery is what we are losing day by day. If greenery is prevailed again on the earth the sweetness in voice of the singer will be much more inspired and is what I am searching for one to become “Sufi Sultan”

Amitabh Bachchan launches Bhoothnath Returns theatrical

 

On 25^th Feb at PVR, Amitabh Bachchan launched the first look and theatrical trailer of his upcoming film Bhoothnath Returns, jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Renu Ravi Chopra under the banner of T-Series and B R Studios.

Amitabh Bachchan launched the theatrical of Bhoothnath Returns where Mr. Bachchan revises his role of a friendly ghost while Boman plays a politician. The theatre that was converted into a ‘Bhoothworld’, Amitabh and Boman were joined on stage for the first time by the film’s child artist Parth Bhalerao who plays the role of Akhrot. The surprise act of the event was by Mr. Bachchan who did some ghostly tricks as done in the Bhoothworld.

Later, debutant director Nitesh Tiwari addressed the media on his experience of working on Bhoothnath Returns and who was then joined by the producers Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Renu Ravi Chopra for further interactions.

Bhoothnath Returns is an entertaining tale of good against evil, weak against powerful, past against future directed by Nitesh Tiwari produced by T-Series and B R Studios releasing on 11^th April 2014.

  IT WAs pleasure to watch exotic photo shoot of Hindi Film “SEX & DEMON” with three beautiful and gorgeous girl Saimira Rao, Jyoti Sethi & Aaaradhya Kapoor on 19^th February 2014 at Nirvana Studio, Oshiwara where debutant but confident director Abhishek Jawkar was busy doing a special photo session for his first film “SEX & DEMON” with these three damsels.

Film is being produced by RENAUD INCORP, with music by Nakash Aziz. Director Abhishek Jawkar has made various ad films for Fox Channel since year 2005, he has also been active as script writer plus he is distributor in south film industry, this his first film, regarding subject Abhishek said “This film is about three girls who decide to go on a wild spinster party. They hire male escorts and takes them to a forest house where there is not even mobile network to get complete privacy, where they start experiencing paranormal things in the house and one girl gets possessed and then the story unfolds thereafter”. All three girls Saimira Rao, Jyoti Sethi & Aaaradhya Kapoor are not only established models but have also acted in some TV shows and regional films from Punjabi & South, in spite of there 1st Hindi movie they were confident of there roles. Abhishek will starts its shooting from 2nd March 2014, and will be shot in one schedule at Mangaon (On Mumbai-Goa Highway) and he is preparing release of it in June 2014.

हिंदी फिल्म " सेक्स एंड डेमॉन" के लिए शूटिंग पर ग्लैमरस लड़कियां

नवोदित लेकिन विश्वास से भरपूर निर्देशक अभिषेक जावकर अपनी प्रथम फ़िल्म "सेक्स एंड डेमॉन" के स्पेशल फ़ोटो सेशन पर तीन सुंदर और खूबसूरत लड़कियों साइमिरा राव, ज्योति सेठी व आराध्या कपूर के साथ व्यस्त थे, उनका लगन और मेहनत देखने योग्य था, यह फोटो सेशन निर्वाण स्टूडियो, ओशिवारा में १९ फ़रवरी २०१४ को हुआ।

फिल्म का निर्माण 'रेनौड़ इन्कॉर्प' के बैनर तले किया जा रहा है, और इसमें संगीत नक्श अजीज द्वारा दिया जायेगा। निर्देशक अभिषेक जावकर वर्ष 2005 के बाद से ही फॉक्स चैनल के लिए विभिन्न विज्ञापन फिल्मों का निर्देशन देते रहे है, साथ ही साथ पटकथा लेखक के रूप में भी सक्रिय रहें है, इसके अलावा वह दक्षिण फिल्म उद्योग में वितरक के रूप में भी व्यस्त हैं, अभिषेक ने अपनी पहली फिल्म "सेक्स एंड डेमॉन" के बिषय पर रौशनी डालते हुए कहा "यह फिल्म तीन लड़कियों कि कहानी है जहाँ वह थ्रिल के लिए अपने पुरुष दोस्तों के साथ दूर घने जंगल में एक बंगले पर जाते हैं, यह ऐसी जगह है जहाँ मोबाइल नेटवर्क भी नहीं है, उस घर में उन्हें असाधारण चीजों का अनुभव होने लगता है और एक लड़की अभिशप्त हो जाती है, फिर क्या होता है यह फ़िल्म देखने पर पता चलेगा"।

तीनो लड़कियाँ  साइमिरा राव, ज्योति सेठी व आराध्या कपूर मॉडलिंग के साथ साथ चाँद धारावाहिक व पंजाबी और दक्षिण कि फिल्में कर चुकी हैं, यह उनकी पहली हिंदी फ़िल्म है, और वे विश्वास से भरपूर हैं। अभिषेक २ मार्च २०१४ से इसकी शूटिंग शुरू कर देंगे, और शूटिंग का लोकेशन मुंबई गोवा राजमार्ग पर मनगांव नामक स्थान पर एक ही शेड्यूल में होगा, फ़िल्म जून २०१४ में रिलीज़ करने कि तैयारी है।

Star cast of the film ‘Dee Saturday Night’ attended the press conference at PVR Plaza,  Cannought Place. Director Jay Prakkash addressed the promotional event with his star cast Arif Zakaria, Prashant Narayanan and debutant Mahi Khanduri.  

At the conference Director Jay Prakkash said, “I am entering into the industry with a very new concept. Story of the movie revolves around Rave Parties which is now very common in the country.”He also added , “ I hope people will like the concept which I have portrayed in the film”.

Film Haunted fame, Arif Zakaria has shared screen with Prashant Narayanan, who gained much popularity with his villainous role in Murder 2  and debutant  Mahi Khanduri.  The film also starred Gaurav Dixit, Mushtaq Khan & Bobby Darling.

Heading with the different Ideology in the B-industry, music is given by SRK music. It is produced by Y.K Sharma & Roli Prakash under Sikandar Khan Production which is directed by Jay Prakkash. Film ‘Dee Saturday Night’ is all set to be released on  21^st February nationwide.

Kavita Vaid to enter Ekk Nayi Pehchaan

 

Sony Entertainment Television’s unique saas bahu saga Ekk Nayi Pehchan which is grabbing eye-balls for its fresh and interesting storyline is soon going to witness a new entry. The show starring veteran actress Poonam Dhillon and charming Krystle Dsouza in the lead will see the entry of popular TV actress ‘Kavita Vaid’. Kavita will be portraying the character of Dadi Bua, an orthodox woman who is extremely particular of her traditional customs. Apart from this, a fresh face Gauri will be seen sharing the screen space with Kavita in the show. Gauri will be essaying the role of Bhagwanti, Dadi Bua’s daughter in law.

On her entry Kavita Vaid said, my character Dadi bua, is quite unique and a challenging one.  My entry in the show will lead to conflicts between the younger and older generations.

Viewers have seen that Sakshi is helping and motivating her adorable mother in law Sharda to study. In return Sharda is helping and counselling Sakshi on ways to impress Karan. However, in an interesting twist in the upcoming sequence both Dadi Bua and Bhagwanti will be creating troubles for Sharda and Sakshi.
