Ranveer and Sonaskhi being extremely professional, always manage to reach the sets on time -Vikas Bahl

Ranveer even ends up on the set even before some of the unit members have arrived. His enthusiasm is extremely motivational for everyone
Despite the profound exhaustion that had set in given his vigorous schedule, he would still made it a point to entertain the huge crowd that would gather outside his hotel to see him on a daily basis.
He danced to tunes from ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ for the cheering crowd, which had gathered from far. Within no time he had become a darling of the Purulia District!

Says Vikas Bahl, " A lot of time has been wasted earlier due to the weather conditions and other hassles. So in order to meet our deadlines and the release date, the talent along with the entire unit was requested to speed up things. Ranveer and Sonaskhi being extremely professional, always manage to reach the sets with hair and make up even before the unit was ready. This made the vibe on the sets very positive."
Lootera is a Balaji -Phantom Films co production. All set to release on 26th Oct, 2012.

Rajesh Khera ne khola apne umr ka raj

“I am not going to play a father of two children in any TV show”, avers versatiles actor, Rajesh Khera, noted for his histrionic abilities & memorable appearance in “Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin” & a host of other cameos across television & films. How could you ever forget the face of envy in the famous Onida Ad?
The performer is sure there are enough roles that will come his way given his ability to look half or twice his age, as the role demands. “I wouldn’t mind a role where my character progresses into fatherhood over time, but to play the role of a
doting parent from the beginning of a series is a big no. “I dont want to belong there yet"he says with the fortitude of a teen-aged rebel.
Currently in the news for appearing on the Survivor India series, Rajesh,is ready to go the whole hog if an equally challenging role comes his way. It was quite a revelation for Tele-buffs when they saw him sans make up taking on all comers onthe show.Talking about which he says, it was a first time thing for him to experience hungerin its brutal Avaatar.
“These were not mere hunger pangs like we feel every other day, when we miss a meal due to some commitments, but Asal Bhookhmari. I absolutely loved coming face-to-face with one of man’s basic survival needs. The one thing I couldn’t come to terms with after the show was, my appearance . I had lost a lot of weight in the show & was looking anaemic. I hated what i saw in the mirror so the first thing i did after the shoot was to go to my mother’s place in Pune & hog like never before”, he chuckles.
On a more introspective note he says “I feel an actor is privileged to be in a position to live a new life every time he dons the greasepaint. An adventure-addict, Rajesh loves the outdoors & has grown-up in the greens & the wilderness.
There is no substitute for natural beauty he feels & strongly opposes the diminishing green cover.
He has loved his tryst in the world of make-believe & is eagerly looking forward to his role in director Deepa Mehta’s adaptation of Salman Rushdie’s Midnight’s Children, which he believes will be his window to Hollywood... We sure think so
Rajesh.

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan gets his speed thrills in Dubai

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, who plays a spy in his latest film Agent Vinod, put his speeding skills to test on Saturday as he took a blazing red Ferrari for a spin around the Belhasa Driving Centre.
"Agent Vinod is a spy-action film and there are many car-chases so I asked my director if we could have a flashy car in that too," said Khan in an exclusive interaction with Gulf News. The actor was in town to promote his much-anticipated Rs50 crore venture that releases on March 22 in the UAE.
He added that he took several lessons to master the art of making car-chase sequence look authentic on-screen.
"Apart from learning how to drive cars and bikes fast, I learnt how to jump off high buildings too," said Khan, who went as far as Vietnam to learn martial arts in preparation for his stunt-filled role. Billed as Bollywood's answer to James Bond, Khan impressed upon the press that his film is not inspired by any Western blockbuster.
"It's not Mr And Mrs Smith and it's not a cheesy Bond rip-off. It is about a RAW agent who has his own personality. Yes, it has influences from various films - it's a little bit Bond, little bit Jason Bourne and a little bit 24 and Tin Tin. But it is also original," said Khan.
The Aarakshan star, who has several hits to his credits including Love Aaj Kal and Omkara, said that he would never do a role on the lines of what Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie did in spy-drama Mr & Mrs Smith.

"It just doesn't make sense for Kareena [Kapoor, his co-star and real life girlfriend] and I to do such a role in India," said Khan.
"I think she has done a wonderful job with the action. She said she doesn't like doing action but she is very good at it."
Agent Vinod, which is also co-produced by Khan and Dinesh Vijan, is expected to release in 2,500 screens in India and over 700 screens overseas.
As a part of the press junket, Khan will also interact with his fans at Burjuman Centre followed by a visit to a nightclub to promote his film.
