'Singh Saheb The Great' Launched with Song Recording

 
Sunny Deol happily posed for the shutterbugs at the Music Recording Launch of his next film ‘Singh Saheb the Great’ directed by his dear and close friend Anil Sharma at Empire Studios on 21st June 2012.Everyone present swayed to Music Director Anu Malik’s and Lyricist Jalees Sherwani’s catchy compositions for the film. Also Mika and Mamta Sharma added tadka by lending their melodious voices to their tunes. The film writer of ‘Singh Saheb the Great’ Shaktiman couldn’t stop people from praising him for his contribution to the

industry in terms skillful writing. To add to the celebration big names of the film industry present at the launch were Ramesh Taurani (TIPS Owner), Ganesh Jain & Ratan Jain (Venus Owners), Naresh Malhotra (Prime Focus), Veteran actor Prem Chopra, Riteish Deshmukh, Amrita Rao, Neeraj Pathak, Salim Akhtar, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Anna Singh and many more who offered their best wishes to the Producers Anuj Sharma and Jeetu Jain.

It is a satire on the film industry, showcasing the struggle of a maker before he brings his film on to the marquee. Only this Narendra Singh-produced venture, directed by Rajnish Raj Thakur, could be the struggle of any of us who seek to make their passion, their profession and face the innumerable hurdles that follow, albeit in a humorous manner.
The music launch of the film saw the cast in full attendance supported by members of film fraternity, who did not mind the takeoff on the industry and in stead did not mind laughing at themselves. Hosts Narendra sIngha dn Arshad Siddiqui ensuired that Sunil Shetty, executive producer Arif Shaikh, Shayan Munshi, Rakesh Bedi, Razzak Khan, director Rajnish Raj Thakur, , Amitabh Dayal, director Ashuu Trikha, composers Rajendra Shiv and Aprvez, Sufi singer Mudasir Ali were seen at the do. The cynosure of all eyes was Sunil Shetty whose efforts have seen the film getting its due.
Moving on to the storyline, Filmybox Entertainment's Mere Dost Picture Abhi Baki Hai, directed by Rajnish Raj Thakur,  is the journey of Amar Joshi (Sunil Shetty) who runs a video library in Benaras and aspires to be a filmmaker. Despite facing objection from his father, Amar Joshi decides to sell his video library and join a film institute in London.
After completing his course he lands in the city of dreams “Mumbai” to make his film.  Suraj (Rajpal Yadav) is a struggling actor doing bit roles in T.V. serials, who is Amar’s only connection in Bollywood. Amar Joshi starts his struggle to make his film by meeting different type of producers who have their own take on Amar’s story. After many failed attempts he finally bumps into Monty Chadda (Rakesh Bedi)  a publicist who sees  good potential in Amar and decides to produce his film.
Amar & Monty take help of star secretary Gupta ji (Akhil Mishra)  to convince Mohini (Udita Goswami) & her starry mother Mummy ji (Neena Gupta) who agrees  to do  the film. 
Amar’s film starts, but is stalled all of a sudden when Monty suddenly disappears. Amar is summoned by Sudama Bhosle (Deepak Shirke) a don who was financing his film. He wants Amar to complete his film and also wants him to cast his girlfriend  “Tina” (Mumait Khan). Amar reluctantly agrees as he has no option. A turn of events later, Amar sees the remaining portions of his story being rewritten by , Mr Baig whom he cannot get rid of. Will the audiences accept the changes made to a true story to make is commercial?  This forms the crux of he story….

“ Anu Agar Tumhara Bolke Ho Gaya Toh Mein Aa Jau” Asha Bhosle

A little birdie straight from the sets of Indian Idol 6 reveals that while shooting for the Theater Rounds, Anu Malik, Sunidhi Chauhan and Salim Merchant were to be introduced first and then Anu Malik was required to introduce Asha Ji on the show. It so happened that Anu Malik went into a non – stop Asha ji praising  frenzy and kept on talking about the addition of such a special judge on the show this season. Asha Ji who was stationed backstage could not wait any longer and called out to Anu Malik saying “ Anu Agar Tumhara Bolke Ho Gaya Toh Mein Aa Jau”. Anu Malik had no choice but to allow Asha Ji to join him and other judges on stage.  When the legendary singer is in question – praises will certainly pour galore!!!

A Nostalgic Sushmita Sen…on Himangini singh Yadu, Miss Asia Pacific WORLD 2012 Bringing the Crown Back to India…

Himangini Singh Yadu won the 2012 title of Miss Asia Pacific World on 16th June, in Seoul, South Korea. ‘I AM SHE’ had Selected Himangini Singh Yadu as the official entry to Miss Asia pacific world 2012 pageant. Sushmita Sen could not have asked for more; it is  indeed nostalgic & a proud moment for her  to receive   Himangini Singh Yadu, Contestant of I am She 2012, who represented India and  was crowned Miss Asia Pacific World 2012 in a glittering ceremony on Saturday evening at Korea.

I AM SHE- Miss Universe India is a National Beauty Pageant started in 2010 under the banner of Tantra Entertainment Pvt. Ltd, spearheaded by the former Miss Universe, Sushmita Sen the first Indian to bring home the crown.  A delighted Sushmita exclaims, ‘Himangini has successfully represented India & won us back the sweet taste of Victory. We did it!! Himangini brought us back the crown after 12 years. WE made India Proud.’ It’s the 3rd year for I AM SHE & look we have a fantastic win!! I am looking forward to I AM SHE 2012 which is scheduled in August which will be in its 3rd edition &  would like to congratulate Himangini, who has brought a whole lot of joy & pride to the I AM SHE team, I am personally receiving her at the airport !!!’

"झलक दिखला जा" से खफा श्रद्धा शर्मा..

डांस शो झलक दिखला जा की लोकप्रियता का ग्राफ भले ही ऊपर उठ रहा हो, लेकिन इस शो से नाराज़ होनेवालों की संख्या में भी इजाफा हो रहा है.. मसलन श्रद्धा इस शो के आयोजकों के मनमाने रवैये से काफी नाराज नज़र आ रही है.. श्रद्धा शर्मा ने प्रतियोगियों के चुनाव में भेदभाव का आरोप लगते हुए इसे लोगों को बेवकूफ बनानेवाला शो बताया है.. बकौल श्रद्धा- शो के शुरू होने के पहले उन्हें प्रतियोगी होने के तौर पर चुना गया था, सारी औपचरिकताएँ  पूरी पूरी करने के बाद अचानक उन्हें मन कर दिया गया.. इसके चंद दिनों बाद श्रद्धा ने बिग मैजिक के लोकप्रिय शो "मेले का बिग स्टार" में बतौर जज एंट्री मारकर "झलक दिखला जा" के आयोजकों को मुंहतोड़ जवाब दे दिया.. बकौल श्रद्धा "झलक दिखला जा" शो में केवल ऐसे ही प्रतियोगियों का चयन किया जाता है, जिन्हें डांस का ए.बी.सी. भी नहीं मालूम... ऐसे नौसिखिये ही आयोजकों की ताल पर मनमाफिक नाच या नचाये जा सकते हैं.. जबकि उनके प्रशंसक उनकी डांसिंग कैपेबिलिटी से बखूबी वाकिफ़ हैं.. यानि जिस श्रद्धा शर्मा को सोनी टीवी ने कंटेस्टेंट के योग्य भी नहीं समझा, उसे दुसरे प्रतियोगी चैनल  ने अपने शो का जज बनाकर श्रद्धा के दावे को पुख्ता कर दिया..
