Filmy Box and Shri Shankaracharya Arts presents AALAAP, starring Raghuveer Yadav, Onkardas Manikpuri, Rituparna Sengupta, Amit Purohit, Ruhi Chaturvedi, Harsh Rajput, Pitobash, Aabid Shamim, Vijay Raaz, Abhimanyu Singh, Murli Sharma, Krishna Shrivastava and Gamya Wijayadasa is set  for release on July 27, 2012 opposite the sex comedy Kya Superkool Hain Hum by Ekta Kapoor.
AALAAP has been directed by debutant Manish Manikpuri. The movie also marks the Hindi movie debut of India’s number one rock band Agnee as full fledged music directors.  The film set in Chhattisgarh is the first Hindi movie indigenously produced out of the Central Indian state.
Aalaap is the journey of a rockband- a band that promises to be the voice of the youth, a band that promises to fight violence with music...In a terrain infested with naxalism, these four young men set off on the journey to change the world, knowing well that they may need to give the ultimate sacrifice in an effort to gain what they have set out to get.

Asha Ji Breaks Down on Idol

Popular singing reality show ‘Indian Idol’ has always had its share of feelings and emotions and this season is no less! This week’s episode would see the legendary singer Asha Bhosle breaking down on the show in commemoration of late R.D. Burman.
The episode will pay a tribute to music maestro of yesteryears the late R.D.Burman and the contestants will be singing his compositions! Amidst all this, a small video was played in remembrance of Pancham Da and a few special moments with Asha Ji during his recordings. The video along with this also showed Pancham da thanking Asha Bhosle on motivating him to bring the trend of jazz and Latin to bollywood and inspiring him to compose better music. Ashaji could not control her emotions and shed few tears remembering the days spent with the evergreen music composer. She thanked Pancham da for all her knowledge and soaked up the nostalgia.

Star cast of movie "Maximum" addressed the media in the capital

The entire star cast of Kabir Kaushik's latest film 'Maximum' was here in the Capital to promote the Film. Sonu Sood, Neha Dhupia, Naseeruddin Shah along with their Director Kabir Kaushik addressed the media at BluO, Ambience Mall.
"I am extremely honoured to have Naseer Sir in the film. The film is based on crime and police. Its a complete package and I am sure the audience will appreciate the hard work we've put in" Said the Director, Kabir Kaushik.
Maximum is a Hindi crime/thriller film written and directed by Kabeer Kaushik. The project features Naseeruddin Shah, Sonu Sood, Neha Dhupia and Vinay Pathak in pivotal roles. Maximum is scheduled to release on 29 June 2012.
