Sanjeev Kapoorflags off FoodFood Channel’s Latest Show ‘Roti Raasta Aur India’

After LaunchingFood channel ‘FoodFood’, ChefSanjeev Kapoor has now launched a new show to promote the channel called ‘Roti Raasta Aur India’. Kapoor alongwith Himanshu Joshi (Indian Ocean band fame) launched this show at Sura VieLounge, Janpath.
The show ‘RotiRaasta Aur India’ is unique in its own way said masterchef Sanjeev Kapoor. ChefSaransh Goila, the winner of FOODFOODMahachallenge will host the show and start his journey to travel acrosscountry and discover the local taste of India. Saransh left for this tour to 26states to be covered in four months starting from the capital itself. SanjeevKapoor flagged off this journey from Sura Vie Lounge and gave Saransh a pot inwhich he would collect one unique ingredient from each state.
Speakingabout the travelogue show ‘Roti Raasta Aur india’ Chef Sanjeev Kapoor said, “India is a land of assorted savor. This showwill enlighten our viewers about so many varied cuisines and tastes which ourenjoyed in our country. It’s only the taste which unites us to different placesall across India.”

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is back - shoots for a print and TV campaign for a Jewellery brand

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan over the last two weeks has been shooting for a print and TV campaign for a leading South jewellery brand across various locations in Mumbai. This shoot comes almost a year after the last commercial she shot when she was six months pregnant. The set brimmed with joy from the spot boys to the lightmen to the technicians who all congratulated her for baby and were so happy to see her back on set. It was also a nostalgic moment when she shot with ace cameraman Kiran Deohans for the TV commercial, incidentally when she came back to shoot after her engagement and her marriage it was Kiran who shot her and now again after the birth of her daughter Aaradhya.

Commenting on this Kiran Deohans said, “I have got the pleasure of working with Aishwarya on Jodhaa Akbar. Coming back from her post delivery after months and shooting for this commercial she’s still the same. Even after becoming a mother she’s a true professional and has the same passion when it comes to her work. I have seen her working here then and now. She is bang on since Jodhaa days. As a DOP it’s always a delight working with her. She is the most beautiful woman I have ever worked with. She always had that sparkling glow on her face before and even after post pregnancy. Even after getting an okay take in one go she will always give more options for the same take which shows how passionate she is when it comes to her work”।

Aishwarya was also shooting again with action director Allan Amin with whom she has shot extensively and who playfully calls her the “harness queen”, because of the ease and comfort that she has once put on a harness for any scene. Adds Allan Amin, “She is the best on the harness, the only who has jumped from 1000 feet in DHOOM 2 live, with no special effects, no doubles in Indian cinema. Even in Hollywood no actress has ever done this”. One compliment that seems to fill the air was that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan looked more beautiful and radiant. 

Shrikumar, who shot the commercial said, “ This is the first time that I am shooting an ad with Aishwarya. What impressed me about her was her passion for detailing. There were a few under water shots as well. For me, it has been the most memorable experience shooting with her”।

कैलाश खेर का म्यूजिक विडियो बनायेगे नेत्रहीन

लोकप्रिय गायक कैलाश खेर का एलबम ‘रंगीले’ जिसे उनकी खुद की म्यूजिक कम्पनी कैलासा रिकॉर्ड्स ने रिलीज़ किया है. कैलाश खेर के इस एलबम “रंगीले” को देश-विदेश में बहुत ही पसंद किया है उनके चाहने वालों ने. कैलासा रिकॉर्ड्स ने ‘कथागान’ शीर्षक से एक प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया है जिसके तहत उन्होंने अपने प्रशंसकों को ‘रंगीले’ एलबम के तीन गीतों बाबा जी, उजाले बांट लो और कथागान के विडियो बनाने के लिए आमंत्रित किया. इस प्रतियोगिता का सभी ने गर्म जोशी से स्वागत किया और इसमें शामिल होने ने लिए देश - विदेश के हज़ारों लोगों ने हिस्सा लिया.

इस प्रतियोगिता में “ब्लाइंड विध कैमरा” नाम से भी एक प्रविष्टि आयी है. ‘बीयोंड साईट फाउंडेशन’ के फाउन्डर पार्थो भोमिक कहते हैं कि, “ब्लाइंड विध कैमरा कोई रहस्य की बात नही है यह ऐसे लोगो का समहू हैं जो देख नही सकते लेकिन जो कुछ भी कर गुजरने की तमन्ना रखते हैं. हम भी आम इंसानों की तरह ही हैं हमें बहुत ही खुशी है इस बात कि हमें मौका मिला है अपने खुद को साबित करने का और कुछ कर दिखाने का. संगीत के इस प्रोजेक्ट से जुड़ने पर हमें बहुत ही गर्व है. इसके अलावा हम लोग भी ‘रंगीले’ के माध्यम से संगीत के अनगिनत रंग महसूस कर लेगें.”

हरीश अय्यर जो कि ईक्यु़ल राईट एक्टिविस्ट हैं, “ पेशेवरों कैमरे की बारीकियों के बारे में नेत्रहीन छात्रों को प्रशिक्षित और प्रोजेक्ट के संपादन में छात्रों की मदद भी करते हैं, का कहना है कि, " शायद पहली ही बार ऐसा होगा कि नेत्रहीन लोगों का समहू किसी वीडियो को शूट करेगा. यह सोच ही अपने आप में प्रेरणा देने के लिए काफी है और सामान्य वर्ग की श्रेणी में नेत्रहीन लोगों का भाग लेना बहुत ही बड़ी बात है.”

नेत्रहीन छात्रों के अलावा गुरु नानक खालसा कॉलेज के कुछ छात्र भी एक वीडियो बना रहे हैं. ये छात्र अपनी फुटेज में ‘ब्लाइंड विध कैमरा’ की वीडियो मेकिंग को भी उपयोग में लायेगें . इस प्रतियोगिता के बारे में बात करते हुए १९ वर्षीय छात्र अनुज पालय कहते हैं, "यह प्रतियोगिता मेरे लिए एक परिवर्तनकारी यात्रा के समान है, मुझे ऐसा महसूस हो रहा है कि वहाँ ना मैं हूँ और ना वो (नेत्रहीन छात्र) वहाँ केवल हम हैं, जीतना और हारना एक अलग बात है, यह एक अलग ही तरह का अनुभव है. अगर मैं जीता, मैं उनके साथ अपनी जीत को बाटूंगा. "

कैलासा रिकॉर्ड्स द्वारा आयोजित इस प्रतियोगिता की मिली प्रतिक्रिया और प्यार से अभिभूत कैलाश खेर बहुत ही खुश हैं और उनका कहना है कि, "इस एक संगीत वीडियो के जरिये नई आशाएँ, नये क्षितिज और नए आयाम देखने को मिलेगें. मैं बहुत ही उत्सुक हूँ यह सोच कर कि यह विडियो कैसा होगा.”

Vipul does dhinka chika with Salman

It was dhinka chika time on the sets of Indian Idol 6 as Salman Khan showed his best moves in the sixth gala round. Beside him, singing and dancing along was Amritsar da munda Vipul Mehta.Salman Khan along with Katrina Kaif visited the sets of the popular singing reality show to promote their upcoming film ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. Vipul took stage and belted out three back to back hit songs of Salman. When he sang dhinka chika everyone in the audience started dancing and seizing the opportunity Vipul asked Salman to join him on stage for a small dance. Salman too went with the flow and put his hands inside his pockets and danced to the tunes of dhinka chika. The audience went mad seeing Salman perform and everyone present kept asking for more.Way to go Vipul!
