SYNOPSIS
(Releasing in October 2012) 
Beehad of Chambel river valley, spread in the states of UttarPradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, are notorious for producing the dreadeddacoits of India. Feared dacoits like Maan Singh, Putil bhai, Malkhan Singh,Mohar Singh etc are all by product of this river valley region called Beehad.This trend still continues.  However,today they have lost their sheen of self righteousness and become sort ofmercenaries.  
Slowly and steadily theirpractice turned into kidnapping and except for a few of them, others turnedinto a sort of mercenaries. In the film, ‘BEEHAD- The Ravines’, story dealswith this mix of dacoits from 1975 to the year 2005. After a research of fiveyears, this film went on floor and was shot at actual locations of Beehad in Chambal Ravines.   
Initially Beehad nurtured extremist like Shriram, Lalaram, Fakkad, Mustakeemetc who terrorized the entire Chambal valley. Later Shriram Singh guided VikramMallah and Phoolan Devi into this art of terror and they ignited the valleywith religious conflicts. Result of this was Kusuma Nain’s birth as a dacoitwho later killed Vikram Mallah. While Phoolan Devi vindicated her rape bykilling 23 innocent people in Behmai village after her marriage to Maan Singh,it was Kusuma Nain who became the most evil and feared dacoit.  Along with Shriram and Lalaram, Kusuma Killed15 Mallah at mai aasta. Later shesurrendered to police and is waiting judgment in Orai Jail.  
Today Chambal valley does nothave any real time dacoit, but the name beehadstill evokes fear. Film BEEHAD- The Ravines is the story ofthese dacoits, their social exploitation, their taking to arms against thisinjustice and their reign of terror against opposite sects and castes.

Artist Characterization (Male Artist)
Shreeram (Rajesh Tiwari): Shreeram had chosen the path of Beehad becauseof his panchayat dispute. He was one of the biggest terrors of Beehad. He hadgood network with other gangs of Mustakeem & Fakkad along with policemen.He was very wicked and had to his credit baimai dispute and crime like mai atawhere entire village was set on fire with 21 mallahs, animals, mothers andchildren inside. He was shot dead by the police.
Lalaram (Peeyush Sahne): He was younger brother of Shreeram. Anordinary gangster, he had the habit of controlling others, spoiling realtionswith other dacoits, specially Vikram Mallah. After Shreerams death he becamenew leader of the gang, bringing all Thakurs under his influence. This debauchand mean person kidnapped Seema Parihar and made her his Keep. This caused riftin the gang, forcing Nirbhay Singh Gujjar & Kusuma to join Fakkad Baba’s gang.Lalaram was shot dead by the police in the end of 2000. 
Vikram Mallah (Sunil Sawra): This man was active member of ShreeramGang and had full confidence of Shreeram. He had always dreamt to be theuncrowned king of behead, making him greedyand traitorous. Later  he was shot deadby Shreeram, although it was the police who took this credit. After his death allthe Mallah’s switched loyalty to Phoolan Devi. 
Mustakeem (Sudesh Paul): An egoistic and serious person, Mustakeem wasfriend of Fakkad and Shreeram. He along with his gang, ruled a certain sectionof Beehad.  A just person, he respected the laws of theland. When Phoolan Devi was removed from Shreeram’s gang, Mustakeem sent hisown gang members to help her in making her own team. However, this was his biggestmistake, because after Phoolan Devi Bahmaiincident, he was shot dead as a revenge.
Nirbhay Singh Gujjar (Vikas Srivastav): To take revenge on a smallfamily dispute Nirbhay had joined Shreeram’s gang. Clever and Calm, he wascunning as a fox. Very egoistic, selfish and greedy, he even revolted againstLalaram and joined Fakkad’s gang. Many times he even cheated Fakkad and alsotried to kill him. He broke all the rules of behead and steadily spread his kingdom. He ruled through terror of kidnapping,murder and shock. He was very romantic and even got married four times. Hisgreatest wish was to get into politics, but due to his betrayal from his wife& children, he turned more bitter. Left all alone he was killed by his ownpeople.
Artist Characterization FEMALE
Kusuma Nain (Anamika Pandey):- Kusuma belonged to a middleclass family. A boy named Manav Mallah lovedher and wanted to marry her but her father married her to man of his choice. Somanav with Vikram and Kusuma’s bua kidnapped her. Vikram then forcedher to take to arms. Later Kusuma killed Vikram and joined gang of Shreeram to becomea primary member of the gang. After killing many mallahs and setting Mai Aata village on fire, she became biggest& cruelest female dacoit. After the death of Shreeram she joined the gangof Fakkad Baba and married him. Later due to betrayal of Nirbhay, she made herown gang. Kusuma with Fakkad surrendered to police. There are 250 cases againsther and currently she is in Urai jail. 
Phoolan Devi (Deepa Singh):- She was a victim of child marriage.She came in contact with Babu Gujjar and took to Behead. Here she met Vikram Mallah and decided to take revenge fromShreeram. She went to Shreeram’s behmaivillage and killed 23 thakurs. Thisestablished her in Beehad. Thisincident also created a major rift and a game of revenge & counter-revengebetween Mallah and Thakurs. For some years she committedseveral crimes like murders, extortions, kidnappings etc. Later she surrenderedto police.
Munni Pandey (Anjali Rana):- She was tortured and as a retaliation,she joined Nirbhay’s gang. After sometime, Nirbhay even married her. Howevershe chose to run away with her first love Munna. Later Nirbhay Singh had thmetracked, caught and killed cruelly.
Neelam Gupta (Nikita):- Neelam belonged to a middle class family. Dueto financial needs of her family, she approached Nirbhay for help. Later Nirbhaymarries her. After some time she falls in love with Nirbhay’s adopted son ShyamJathav. She runs away and surrenders to police, but Nirbhay manages to catchthem to kill them mercilessly
Sarla Jathav (Shweta Singh): Sarlais a resident of some village of Beehad. Nirbhay Gujjar kidnapped Sarla and gother married to his adopted son only at the age of 9 years. Reason behind SarlaJathav kidnapping was that she had given shelter to Munna and Munni at herhome. Sarla till end was in the gang of Nirbhay. Once Nirbhay Gang wasshattered completely he asked Sarla to leave Beehad. After that she surrendered to the police. Presently she isin the jail of Etawah with 60 registered cases against her, waited for judgment.

Ahir's Gokulashtami to be Bigger and Better this time.

This year the festival of Gokulashtami falls on 10th  of August. It also happens to be the day that we in Maharashtra celebrate the festival with the organising oft he event of “Dahi Handi”.
"Shree Sankalap Pratishthan dahi handi " It will Be the richest handi in the City ,Bhau Sachin Ahir and his better half sangeeta ahir celebrate this festival with fervour and dedication and ensure that the participants which are 400 mandals from all over look forward to it every year, this year the duo have Hritik Roshan attending the dahi handi for the first time.
Glietterati of stars include Akshay Kumar along with Emraan Hashmi, Himesh Reshamiyia etc
Over the years, our event in worli  has grown from strength to strength to become one of the largest in the country. Our event has grown from being not only just one of the richest in-terms of price monies, to being one of the most prestigious. It has become such a large event that in the last year we saw more than 50,000 people coming to the venue to witness the event.

Rajesh Khanna’s ‘love’ isfeeling intimidated!

Anita Advani, who reportedly had a long-standing live-inrelationship with the late megastar Rajesh Khanna at his Bandra bungalowAashirwad, is feeling intimidated. 
Surrounded by various controversies, Advani has been constantlyunder media glare since the megastar’s demise. Apart from not being allowed toboard a vehicle during the mourning procession of Rajesh Khanna, the lady is allegedto have demanded a share in Aashirwad. 
There have also been reports of an altercation with RajeshKhanna’s estranged wife Dimple Kapadia and son-in-law Akshay Kumar. 
“Ms Advani has been feeling hounded by the media with lotsof television channels having camped outside her current residence for morethan a week. She has also been receiving hundreds of calls and messages fromthe press on her cell phone, asking her to clarify various unfoundedallegations,” informed her official spokesperson Dale Bhagwagar. 
“She has been gheraoed while entering and leaving herresidence. Some TV channel crews even scaled her building and have continuouslybeen ringing her doorbell, waiting on the staircase and trying to grab some footageand bytes,” he added. 
“Being a media person myself, I thoroughly understand thatthey (the channels) are just doing their job, but Ms Advani is neither used toall this, nor is she in a state of mind to answer awkward queries. She has justlost the person she loved like crazy for years at end and is feelingintimidated by all this,” explained Bhagwagar while leaving out answering,whether Anita Advani has claimed her stake to Aashirwad.

Sunil Shetty's spiritual sojourn

There is a spiritual side to Sunil Shetty that very few know. Anna set out on a trip between his shoot to meet dear friend Madan Paliwal,  who is organising Murari Bapu in Nathdwara Festival that combines the sermons of Murari Bapu with performances from Kailash Kher, Sunidhi Chauhan, KK, Kavita Seth and host of Bollywood celebs where over one lakh people will congregate to hear the sermons from across the country. And each person will be served meals after the sermon ina waterproof three lakh square feet enclosure created for the event..
"It feels very nice when I see people doing something for their people. Madan Paliwal is one such man who does so much for his land," said Sunil who felt that every man must take a page from Madan Paliwal's nook. "We worship God because we are scared, but the truth is when we don;t expect anymore and there is more fear, then you are one with God," Sunil Shetty visited the historic Shrinath ji temple and sought Lord' blessings too.
"I believe in deeds,"  says Sunil. "When you do things, then you are closest to God."
