His concerts managed byBlue Note Entertainment will be held in Delhi/NCR on 2nd of November, followed by Mumbai on the 3rd November at Andheri Sports Complex Grounds and in Bengaluru on the 4th of November.

Court took all the material related to film Cigarette Ki Tarah in its custody

We have all heard the stories of actors cutting off other actors’ scenes from films just to get more screen space. In Akashaditya Lama’s case, the same happened with a bit of a twist. Akashaditya’s directorial debut film Cigarette Ki Tarah has been stopped from releasing on his own plea to the court. On his plea the City Civil Court (of Dindoshi) has appointed court receiver on the film’s producer, industrialist Vinod Poddar. Earlier the Honourable court had issued STATUS QUO on release and promotion of the said movie on 16^th August 2012. After that on 11^thof September 2012, the Honourable court had given specific orders to not to release the music of the said film. But inspite of court’s order Poddar released the music of the film on 12^thSeptember 2012 at JW Marriot and is still running the trailer of the film on various TV channels. Subsequently Akashaditya filed contempt of court against Poddar and actor cum co-producer Bhupendra Yadav. The film stars Prashant Narayanan, Yuvika Chaudhari, Bhupendra Yadav and others.

एक नयी कवियत्री शहर में

हर व्यक्ति के अन्दर कुछ न कुछ छिपी हुई प्रतिभा तो होती ही है और यह प्रतिभा उसके व्यक्तित्त्व का एक अहम हिस्सा होती है. उसकी यह प्रतिभा पेंटिंग, गायन या लेखन किसी भी क्षेत्र में हो सकती है. ऐसी ही कुछ लिखने की प्रतिभा है अभिनेत्री भूमिका चावला में, जो की अभिनय तो शानदार करती ही हैं इसके साथ--साथ वो लिखती भी हैं यानि जो कुछ उनके आस-पास घटता ही उसी से प्रेरणा लेकर वो कविता लिखती हैं।

"इस शहर में हर मोड पे हमारी चाहतों के चेहरे बदलते क्यों हैं ?

हम एक ही चेहरे को रोज़ देखने से डरते क्यों हैं ?"

ये कुछ पंक्तियाँ हैं जो भूमिका ने लिखी हैं, इनके अलावा उन्होंने वास्तविक जीवन से प्रेरित और भी बहुत सारी कवितायें लिखी हैं. जितना जूनून उन्हें अपने अभिनय को लेकर है उतना ही उन्हें अपनी कविताओ से भी है. जल्दी ही वो इन सभी को एक किताब का रूप देकर प्रकाशित करना चाहती हैं. उनका कहना है, "मुझे हमेशा से कवितायें लिखने का शौक रहा है और यह सभी कविताये मैं पिछले कुछ वर्षों में लिखी हैं. हालाँकि यह सभी कविताएं किसी विशेष विषय पर नही हैं."

भूमिका कहती हैं, "मेरी यह सारी कविताएं मेरे जीवन का एक हिस्सा हैं जो कुछ भी मैंने अपने आस पास के लोगों व घटनाओ को देख के उनसे सीखा है वही सब लिखा है मैंने. मेरी यह कविताएं हिन्दी में हैं, लेकिन अंग्रेजी में भी अनुवाद होगा किताब का." अभिनय और लेखन के अलावा भूमिका को पढ़ने व चित्रकारी करने का भी शौक है .

अभी भूमिका एक तेलुगू फिल्म में काम कर रही हैं साथ में और कुछ तमिल स्क्रिप्ट भी पर भी बात चल रही है. उनकी यह किताब अगले साल तक उनके चाहने वालों के सामने आने की सम्भावना है.

Delhi Safari

The residents of the national park welcome a bright sunny morning, birds singing away merrily, animals running around with joy, Sultan and his cub playing by the lakeside. The jungle has an air of joy and peace. A distant thunder breaks the silence and a closer look reveals the jungle being raided by man and machine destroying everything in its path. Sultan tries to fight a futile battle and ends up losing his life.

 The night has a very tense air as all the animals gather around with fear in their heart, discussing their fate of losing their habitat to human beings. Yuvi, Sultan's cub, tries to reason with the elders, urging them to not give up their homes.

 Everyone is convinced that it is futile to fight humans, and the only option is to leave and move to a safer home. The hot headed militant monkey, Bajrangi, wants to declare a full scale war against the humans taking over their homes. But the anger management Guru, Bagga the bear, has a more civilized suggestion. He believes that all problems could be sorted out through peaceful discussions. So the best way to get back their homes is to have a dialog with the humans, win their hearts and their own homes. The only problem being that no one can speak the human language. Air India, the pigeon recommends Alex, the talking parrot who can come to their rescue.

 With hope in their hearts, Yuvi, Bajrangi, and Bagga decide to kidnap Alex from his luxurious golden cage. However, their hope turns to despair as the talking parrot Alex hates animals. Loves humans. And wants nothing to do with the problems of these barbaric animals especially, the primitive ape. Bajrangi. Also Alex is sure that such issues need to be addressed in the parliament at Delhi.

 Now starts a journey from Mumbai to Delhi. From hate to love. From enmity to friendship as a motley group of five animals travel across India with a message. A message that they discover not only plagues their homes, but the homes and lives of thousands of other animals on the way.

 The journey across the country becomes a journey where enemies become friends and a family comes together to fight for what rightfully belongs to them - A HOME.
