KHUSHI GROUP’s PROJECT KHUSHI AANGAN INAUGURATED BY TV ACTOR AYUB KHAN AND ACTRESS PARUL CHAUHAN AT PALGHAR.

Builders Sunil Jain and Samadhan Pujari of 'KHUSHI GROUP" host an Inauguration ceremony for their new project KHUSHI AANGAN.

The Inauguration was done by Television Celebrities Ayub Khan and Parul Chauhan. The event was a fanfare and lucky as over 50 bookings of flat have been done on the first day itself.

Project KHUSHI AANGAN of KHUSHI GROUP provides 1 and 2 BHK apartments, Spacious car parking, lifts are provided, and all the comfort amenities. Its on one hour distance from Mumbai and 15 minutes from Palghar Station. The project is been architected keeping all the factors of Science of Construction (VASTU SHASTRA).

“KICK”song is dedicated to Salman Khan

Unlimited fans of handsome Bollywood superstar Salman Khan have been waiting from entire year to celebrate their loveable superstar’s birthday which is coming on 27^th December 2012 and it is his 47^th Birthday.

Singer Aslam Raju had been trying for many years with a song for Salman Khan, which he was going to sing for Producer Sajid Nadiadwala’s film ‘Sanki’, but for some reason it didn’t materialized, Aslam tried with Nadeem (Nadeem-Shravan), Sajid-Wajid but it did not worked out, so Aslam came with a innovative way to express his concern for Salman Khan and also as his birthday gift. As the name of film is changed from ‘Sanki’ to‘Kick’ Aslam is recording this KICK song by himself which will be dedicated to Salman Khan, song has lyrics by Rishi Azaad and music by Devraj. KICK song has been recorded on 24^th Dec 2012 at Kuber Recording Studio, Oshiwara, Andheri.

Rakhi Sawant celebrated Christmas Eve at her newly residence 40th floor on 24th Dec Monday with her Family, few close friends & Media.

Rakhi Sawant decorated her house with not one instead 3 christmas trees in her balcony well decorated, her house was fully decorated with red & White balloons, and she herself was in the "LADY SANTA CLAUS ATTIRE". This year Delhi Rape case incident which shook the nation, Rakhi Sawant not only very silently celebrated christmas at her place instead she drawed on her window panes laughing Christmas tree, white snow man & jesus painting who is come to bless damini & last but not the least the accussed of damini's painting who she showed as hanged.

Rakhi brought 5 kg santa claus cake which she was suppose to cut by 12 mid night. the cake inside also had some of the surprise gift in it which will be revealed only after cutting it as it was inside the cake. Rakhi gave her condolence to Damini & her family what she went through & prayed for her long life to Jesus. she also spoke about the women's safety to avoid & gave precautionery measures to be taken while travelling alone.

Her Close Friend Ratan Rajput & Mahi Vij were present in this christmas celebrations. Rakhi was very much touched as whatever happned with damini & her this year christmas she dedicated to Damini & prayed to jesus to give her life asap.

इस फिल्म की कहानी क्या है? कुछ अनुभव भी बताये शूटिंग के समय के? कहानी है 5 दोस्तों की, जो की अपनी छुट्टियाँ मनाने जाते हैं पिथोरागढ़, इसी सफर में उनके साथ कुछ अजीबो - गरीब घटनाएँ घटती हैं समझ नही आता कि क्या हो रहा है ? इसी दौरान एक दोस्त भी हमसे जुदा हो जाता है जैसे- तैसे हम सब अपनी जान बचा कर वहां से भागते हैं. यह एक सुपर नैचुरल फिल्म है जिसे निर्देशित किया है हरीश शर्मा ने, जिन्होने पी आर की दुनिया में अपना मुकाम बनाया है यह उनकी पहली फिल्म है. मज़ा आया सभी के साथ काम करने में, एक अलग ही तरह का अनुभव हुआ काम करने में, सभी कलाकार पहली ही बार मिले थे लेकिन सब दोस्त बन गए आज भी हम सब आपस में मिलते हैं. चंडीगढ़ के पास मोरनी हिल्स में फिल्म की शूटिंग हुई है तो दर्शकों को हम डरायेगें भी लेकिन साथ में उन्हें खूबसूरत वादियाँ भी दिखायेगें.

पहली फिल्म है और वो भी हॉरर तो क्या कोई खास वजह रही इसकी? वजह यही है कि बहुत ही अच्छी कहानी है फिल्म की , जब आप देखेगे तो आप मेरी बात पर यकीन करेगें फिल्माया भी बहुत ही अच्छे से है, कोई भी फूहड़ सीन नही है न ही कुछ ऐसा है जिसे देख कर दर्शकों को बोरियत हो.

आपकी क्या भूमिका है ? मैंने हैरी की भूमिका की है मेरे इर्द गिर्द ही फिल्म की कहानी घूमती है.

इस तरह की फिल्मों में संगीत की एक अहम भूमिका होती है संगीत के बारे में बताइए? संगीत भी फिल्म की कहानी की मांग के मुताबिक है वर्षा नारायण ने संगीत दिया है व गीतों को भी उन्होंने ही गाया है इसके अलावा ब्रिटेन की रहने वाली मिली मूनस्टोन ने भी एक गाना गाया है इसके साथ ही मिली ने भी फिल्म में अहम भूमिका अभिनीत की है.

आपने छोटे परदे पर विलेन की भूमिका अभिनीत की जबकि इस फिल्म में आप हीरो बने हैं तो क्या फर्क लगा आपको ?

एक अभिनेता की नज़र से देखूं तो कुछ भी फर्क नही अभिनय तो दोनों ही जगह किया मैंने नायक बना या खलनायक लेकिन दर्शकों की नज़र से देखें तो बहुत फर्क है नायक बन कर उनका प्यार मिलेगा जबकि खलनायक तो गाली ही खाता है हमेशा. मैंने हेलो डॉली, सरकार, साथ फेरे, भाभी आदि धारावाहिकों में खलनायक बन कर दर्शकों का मनोरंजन किया और अब अपनी फिल्म "2 नाइट्स इन सोल वैली" से उनका मनोरंजन करूंगा.
