Ajay Devgn, Tamannaah and Sajid Khan unveil the trailer of 'Himmatwala' at the iconic Gaiety Galaxy!!

The much talked about Sajid Khan’s “Himmatwala”

unveiled the trailer at the iconic Gaiety Galaxy yesterday in a complete 80’s style.And to add to the retro feel, there was a larger than life cutout of Ajay Devgn from the film outside the theatre and there were colorful pillars, pots and drums, dancers in 80s style dresses!!

The trailer was launched by Superstar Ajay Devgn, Tamannaah and blockbuster director Sajid Khan along with Producers Ronnie Screwvala (Disney UTV), Siddharth Roy Kapoor, Managing Director, Studios, Disney UTV and Vashu Bhagnani(Puja Films).

Ajay Devgn was seen donning a rugged look with a moustache and Tamannaah looked every inch of a diva in her dress while Sajid Khan was at his wittiest best.

Along with the trailer launch Superstar Ajay Devgn also felicitated the ‘Himmatwala’s of the Country ie. people who have done something courageous in their life, a contest which was run in different cities by a local media.
Everyone present there was seen having a great time and loved the trailer as it has all the elements of complete dhamaka and pure entertainment and it promises that the film will make you relive the 80’s classic era!!

With just the trailer so entertaining, well it looks like'Himmatwala' will be one electrifying film to watch out for!!

'Himmatwala' is directed by Blockbuster Director Sajid Khan, starring Superstar Ajay Devgn & Tammanah. Presented by UTV Motion Pictures & Pooja Entertainment, the film is produced by Ronnie Screwvala & Vashu Bhagnani and is all set to hit the theaters on March 29th, 2013!!

प्रसून जोशी की तीसरी किताब सनशाइन लेन्स

आजकल हमारे समाज में इस बात की बहस चल रही है कि गीतों को प्रसिद्द होने के लिए उनके बोल असभ्य होने चाहिए या सभ्य। प्रसून जोशी ने हर बार अपने गीतों से इस बात का एहसास दिलाया है कि किसी भी गाने को प्रसिद्द बनाने के लिए उनका असभ्य होना ज़रूरी नहीं होता है।

अपने उन्हीं गीतों का संकलन एक पुस्तक के रूप में जल्द ही प्रकाशित करने वाले हैं। प्रसून की किताब सनशाइन लेन्स जयपुर के लिटररी फेस्टिवल में लॉन्च होने वाली है।

प्रसून जोशी उन लेखकों में से हैं जो कि हिंदी भाषा को सामयिक विचारों के साथ जोड़ कर गीत बनाते हैं। ज़्यादातर लेखक उर्दू भाषा का इस्तेमाल करते हैं।
प्रसून जोशी एक गीतकार हैं, स्क्रीनप्ले लेखक हैं और विज्ञापन जगत के कॉपीराइटर भी हैं। ये इनकी तीसरी किताब है। इन्होंने अपनी पहली किताब 17 साल की उम्र में प्रकाशित करवाई थी। ये McCann World-group India के अध्यक्ष भी हैं।
जहाँ हम गानों के बोल के असभ्य होने के बारे में सुन रहे हैं, उन्हीं के बीच एक नाम है जो इस ट्रेंड को खारिज करते हुए एक अलग सोच के साथ भीड़ में खड़े होने की हिम्मत रखते हैं। प्रसून जोशी आज के ज़माने के उन गीतकारों में से हैं जिन्होंने कविताओं की परंपरा को अभी तक बरकरार रखा है फ़िल्मी गानों के ज़रिये। इन्होंने नए विचारों और असाधारण शिल्प के साथ गीत लिखे हैं। इनकी कवितायें और गीत लोगों के बीच काफी लोकप्रिय होते हैं और विशेषज्ञों द्वारा सराहे भी जाते हैं।
प्रसून की किताब में 60 अलग अलग फिल्मों और एल्बम के गानों के बोल पढ़ने मिलेंगे जिन्हें खुद प्रसून ने पिछले 10 सालों में लिखे हैं। हर गीत के साथ एक पेज का नोट होगा जिसमें गीतकार के अनुभव के बारे में लिखा होगा कि उस गीत को लिखने के लिए उनको किस चीज़ या विचार ने प्रेरित किया और किस प्रकार उन्होंने उस गीत को पूरा किया।
प्रसून जोशी ने हम तुम, रंग दे बसंती, फना, तारे ज़मीन पर, डेल्ही 6, फिर मिलेंगे, ब्लैक, लंडन ड्रीम्स, चित्तागोंग आदि फिल्मों के लिए गीत लिखे हैं। इन्होंने सिल्क रूट, अब के सावन आदि म्यूजिक एल्बम के भी गीत लिखे हैं।

TMKOC at number ONE Position across Channels & Shows

Asit Kumarr Modi produced comic serial Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has emerged at number one position with 4.4 TRP along with Balika Vadhu and Diya Aur Baati Hum.

Since the TRP opened again after months long hiatus, TMKOC has been steadily climbing in viewer’s rating points week after week. Current track where Jethalal is suddenly faced with allegations of another wife Gulabo is the first ever track that has gone on for more then week - ten days duration. Normally each story lasts for a week or maximum of ten days. “This track has been going on for more then 40 – 45 days, which is very unusual for us. But the storyline was such that it needed extra attention and dedicated episodes. It is the first time that we have shown a court scene in the show. It’s been a successful decision,” says Asit Modi.

“We are indeed very happy. A show that is socially relevant family entertainer is watched by entire families. And believe me, it is an extremely tough job to maintain the constant interest of the viewers in comedy. We are all the time on our toes but we enjoy every moment of it. And inspite of completing 1000 plus episodes, we still have so many new ideas and stories to explore,” he adds.

Forthcoming track is now dedicated to women and girl power. How each person should respect women because even India, our country, is a woman.
