Spice World Mall, Noida organized a press conference of the film "GIPPI”. It is co - directed by Sonam Nair and Produced by Karan Johar. The film features Jayti Modi, Riya Vizz, Divya Dutta and Taha Shah in the lead and will release on 10^th MAY 2013. Produced by Dr Anil Kumar Sharma in association with Dr Pallavi Mishra, Amrapali Media Vision presents the film I Don’t Luv U, which is a dark love story. Written and directed by Amit Kasaria, the film stars actors Ruslaan Mumtaz, debutant Chetna Pandey, Murli Sharma, Ravi Khemu and Ragesh Asthana in key roles. The new generation’s view of fast-track time-pass relationship has been portrayed in this film and it is scheduled for Indian theatrical release on 17^th May 2013. The music label of the film is AMV Music.   

Producer, Dr Anil Kumar Sharma says, “The film is about transforming mindset into mind change of the youth and tries to touch the heart of each youth. It contains a message you have never experienced before and you will never forget after. It is one of the best films on youth’s perception and perfection.”  

Associate Producer, Dr Pallavi Mishra says, “It has a very strong combination of powerful script, screenplay, lyrics and music. Music is the USP of our film and the famous singers - Mika Singh, Shaan and Javed Ali have lend their melodious voices to the heart touching and foot tapping songs.”

I Don’t Luv U focuses on the youth of today – the fun loving and frivolous lot, who are extremely casual in their relationships and do not want to delve into the intricacies of true love, commitments and fidelity. It is a blend of light hearted witty moments as well as harsh unforeseen realities of life.

Yuvaan, a young handsome boy and Aayra a beautiful NRI girl are just like any other teenager of this generation, who want to experience their life by getting together in a relationship? They are willing to go through the most beautiful and much needed feeling called “Love”. Without realizing what they are doing in the heat of adolescence and the curiosity of discovering each other closely, they end up into an uncontrollably ugly situation, which shatters their life completely. Will Yuvaan fight back with circumstances to get his love and life back on track? 

I Don’t Luv U also lays emphasis on the potential role of media in a common man’s life. It elucidates that if misuse of media can jeopardizes commoner’s life, at the same time, if used judiciously, it can act as savior.

“This film is definitely a new concept, but what will really surprise people is the way we have kept logics alive without compromising on entertainment value. In this film, I am presenting a new perspective of love where young generation is living with its own decisions and beliefs. At one side we have shown what can go wrong with one wrong step but on other side we have also shown how a normal person becomes a special person when he fight for his love. After watching this film, people will take home melodious music, feeling of love and positivity,” says director Amit Kasaria.

Bipasha Basu turns to the TRX Rip for her upcoming film

Bipasha Basu who will next feature in a never-seen-before athletic avatar in Bhushan Kumar & Vikram Bhatt’s Creature has taken to the TRX Rip Trainer , a portable training tool ,which is a huge fad in Singapore to develop a toned physique preparing herself for the grueling schedule ahead.

Explaining how the TRX functions says Bipasha, “ I saw TRX Rip training in Singapore and I bought it. I will start shooting for my thriller Creature from June and I need a particular kind of body for the film. I have to be much leaner and toned. I had put on a little weight for my last film Aatma and need to lose that. Rip Training utilizes a lever bar and resistance cord that challenges the body in all three planes of motion — reps, sets and workout. It utilizes the same asymmetrical loading we encounter every day, like carrying groceries, picking up your child, throwing a ball, or performing athletic movements such as swimming, running, and biking.” Adding that , “ I need another couple of weeks to get to the shape I want to achieve … Creature requires a lot of physical work so I need to be fit.”

                      The M. Night Shymalan Directed Sci-Fi Fest to Release in India on 7^th June 2013

After the spectacular success and acclaim to father son duo Will and Jaden Smith post their first outing ‘The Pursuit of Happyness’, the superstar will yet again set the screen ablaze as talented Indian origin director M.Night Shymalan’s (The Sixth Sense, Signs) ‘After Earth’ releases on 7^th June in India! 

A crash landing leaves teenager Kitai Raige (Jaden Smith) and his legendary father Cypher (Will Smith) stranded on Earth, 1,000 years after cataclysmic events forced humanity’s escape. With Cypher critically injured, Kitai must embark on a perilous journey to signal for help, facing uncharted terrain, evolved animal species that now rule the planet, and an unstoppable alien creature that escaped during the crash. Father and son must learn to work together and trust one another if they want any chance of returning home. 

‘AfterEarth’ begins more than one thousand years in the future – in fact, one thousand years after humanity was forced to abandon the only home they had ever known.  “Earth just gave up on humans,” says Jaden Smith, who stars as Kitai Raige, a young man forced to navigate the harsh terrain left behind when his spacecraft crashes on the forbidden planet.  Kitai’s father, Cypher Raige – played by Jaden Smith’s father, Will Smith – became a legendary general in the United Ranger Corps, creating a legacy that Kitai is determined to emulate. Cypher returns home from another long stint of service to learn that Kitai’s intense desire to succeed has led to recklessness, causing him to fail his first attempt to become a Ranger.  In an attempt to bridge the rift between father and son, says Will Smith, “Kitai’s mother suggests that Cypher take him on a trip – spend some time together, bonding.  But our ship crash-lands in the most inhospitable place in the universe for human beings – which is Earth.” 

In the film, everything on Earth has evolved to kill human beings.  With his father trapped in the wrecked ship, Kitai will have to brave these elements – and numerous highly evolved species – if he and his father are to have any chance of returning home.   

“What I thought was really interesting about this film was that it’s huge in scope, but it comes down to a simple idea that every person in the audience can relate to: it’s a father and son story,” says Will Smith.  “I think that’s what audiences will really connect with – seeing the father try to connect with the son, to teach him, with life-or-death consequences.” 

Jaden Smith, now just 14 years old, has already made his mark as a leading man.  He first starred on screen opposite his father in The Pursuit of Happyness, receiving acclaim for his performance.  He would follow that with a supporting role in The Day the Earth Stood Still and a leading role opposite Jackie Chan in the worldwide hit The Karate Kid. 

Helming the ambitious film is Indian origin and Hollywood stalwart M.Night Shyamalan who has mastered films of this genre. 

“Night is a master of building suspense and fear,” Will Smith says, explaining why Shyamalan was the perfect choice for After Earth.  “If there were a single thing that I would say is clearly Night’s genius, it’s how to take a single, still image and terrify you with it.  There can be no movement – nothing happening, really – and still, you’re riveted.  He is so good at setting the shot, setting the lighting, and setting the moment.” 

Speaks the director on the film, “I’m fascinated by the question of why human beings fear the unknown. In our earliest days as cave-people, that was really important – fear could keep us safe.  Fear could keep you alive.  But now, we’ll fear a new job or a new relationship, because we don’t know what’s going to happen – and that’s not necessarily a good thing.  Playing with that in a movie is a fun thing, and in this movie, it’s about a father teaching a son how to overcome that.  It’s a wonderful lesson, because if you can learn how to control your fear of the unknown, you can do anything.”
