Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 picks up where Sony Pictures Animation's hit comedy left off. Inventor Flint Lockwood's genius is finally being recognized as he's invited by his idol Chester V to join The Live Corp Company, where the best and brightest inventors in the world create technologies for the betterment of mankind. Chester's right-hand-gal - and one of his greatest inventions - is Barb (a highly evolved orangutan with a human brain, who is also devious, manipulative and likes to wear lipstick. It's always been Flint's dream to be recognized as a great inventor, but everything changes when he  discovers that his most infamous machine (which turns water into food) is still operating and is now creating food-animal hybrids – “foodimals!” With the fate of humanity in his hands, Chester sends Flint and his friends on a dangerously delicious mission, battling hungry tacodiles, shrimpanzees, apple pie-thons, double bacon cheespiders and other food creatures to save the world again!

When Huma Qureshi drove the SHORTS team!

Experimental actress Huma Qureshi who is part of AKFPL & TUMBHI’s SHORTS, an anthology of five short films, turned driver at the pre-shooting stage. Huma plays the title role in director Shlok Sharma’s Sujata, one of the five films in SHORTS. Huma recollects, “We had to shoot in Pune for a day. I sat behind the wheels and drove all our team all the way till our destination. I love driving on the highway." And what made the experience more adventurous for them is that it was raining all through the journey.

Sujata is a riveting tale of a young girl, who is struggling to come out of the clutches of her tormenting cousin brother. 

SHORTS will hit the marquee on 12^th July 2013.

Gokuldham Society women folk has fun in rain

Bacche toh bacche maa re maa…. This is very apt for women of Gokuldham Society in Taarak Mehta Ka ooltah Chashmah. In the monsoon, kids are known to enjoy the water and get wet. Mothers are supposed to stop them because they can fall sick. But Anjali aka Neha Mehta had some other ideas. This lady decides to have all the fun in rains and called all society women down in the compound to enjoy. “It was such a wonderful idea. Majaa aa gaya. We all danced, laughed and teased each other. Acting was fine but in reality we all had loads of fun. It was like revisiting our childhood. We all dance on song Barso re Megha Megha Bargo re Megha Barso.... Even i also play my garba in rain ” says Daya ben aka Disha Wakani.

Once the wet shoot was over all the ladies indulged in nice hot masala tea.

THE HIT FILM HAS NOW PASSED THE $250+ MILLION MARK AT THE WORLD WIDE BOX OFFICE

Brad Pitt's “WORLD WAR Z’s” global appeal continues, ranking as the #1 film worldwide this weekend with a $100 million in grosses. The film has now earned $263 million at the world wide box office after 10 days in release. 

From Paramount Pictures and Skydance Productions, in association with Hemisphere Media Capital and GK Films, "WORLD WAR Z" grossed a stunning $70.1 million at the international box office this weekend to bring the international cume to a stellar $135.3 million. Domestically, the film earned $29.8 million in its second weekend, with a cume to date of $123.7 million. 

The film earned a terrific B+ Cinema Score from moviegoers, indicated strong word of the mouth for the movie as it plays across the world throughout the summer. 

With approximately one-third of the international market still to release, the international roll-out of "WORLD WAR Z" continues next week with France with additional territories, including Spain and Japan, opening later in the Summer.
