Balaji Motion Pictures launches the second theatrical of Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobaara

 Having received rave reviews for the first theatrical trailer of “Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobaara”, Balaji Motion Pictures launched the second theatrical of the film directed by Milan Luthria starring Akshay Kumar, Imran Khan & Sonakshi Sinha at a popular multiplex in the suburbs.
Talking about how it felt to play a grey character said Akshay Kumar on the occasion, “The last time I played a grey character to this extent was in Ajnabee so I had my initial reservations…However I thoroughly enjoyed essaying the role since everyone has a dark side so its fun to explore it on-screen..It’s always good to play the anti-hero once in a while”.
Said Ekta Kapoor who celebrated a double whammy on the same day, “It’s an extremely special day for me as this was when I started Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, so emotionally it’s a big day to introduce our second trailer.”
Balaji Motion Pictures’ “Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobaara”, starring Akshay Kumar, Imran Khan and Sonakshi Sinha, is scheduled to release on August 15, 2013.

Ali Zafar starts work on his next music album

While his last film Chashme Baddoor struck gold at the box office, Ali Zafar having recently completed a show in Orlando now readies for his next untitled album which he looks to launch by the end of this year.

 Say Ali Zafar, “My last album was Jhoom – Since music is my deepest passion I have been working on songs for the last couple of months and felt like this was the best time to compile it….Several fans approach me in appreciation for my films but always add that they look forward to my music , so I’m looking to give my fans the best of me with this album”.
 The versatile actor-musician has also found another fan in maestro Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, who went on record to state that he is a huge fan of his work and is extremely fond of his music.

जानवरों के प्रति रहमदिल पूजा चोपडा

खूबसूरत मुस्कान बिखेरती प्यारी पूजा चोपडा को ‘कमांडो’ में हम ज़बर्दस्त एक्शन के साथ देख चुके हैं लेकिन इससे भी ज़्यादा मज़ेदार बात यह है कि भूतपूर्व फेमिना मिस इंडिया पूजा चोपडा को सिर्फ उनके दोस्त ही नहीं टीचर्स भी टॉम बॉय के रूप में जानते थे.

हालांकि बचपन की कई खूबसूरत यादों को पूजा ने अपने जीवन में संजोये रखा है. उन्हीं यादों में से कुछ शरारती यादों को शेयर करते हुए पूजा कहती हैं, ‘’बचपन में मैं बहुत शरारती थी लेकिन साथ ही गली के कुत्तों के लिए मेरे दिल में एक खास जगह थी. मुझे याद है मम्मी स्कूल में जो टिफिन मुझे देती थी उसे मैं लंच ब्रेक में ना खाकर गली के कुत्तों के लिए रखा करती थी. एक दिन हुआ यूं कि मम्मी मुझे स्कूल लेने आई और जब हम घर जा रहे थे तभी रास्ते में वह सारे कुत्ते मेरे पास आकर पूंछ हिलाने लगे. पहले तो उन्हें समझ ही नहीं आया कि यह माजरा क्या है लेकिन जब मैंने उन्हें बताया तो वह मुझ पर बरस पडीं. लेकिन फिर खुद ही कुत्तों के प्रति मेरी भावनाओं को वह समझ गयीं.’’

पूजा का यह भी कहना है कि अगर मौका मिला तो मैं अपने घर में एक कुत्ता अवश्य पालना चाहूंगी.     

Fresh Face Sidhant Gupta is all set to make an entry in Bollywood with Bang Bang Bangkok

Fashion model Sidhant Gupta is all set to make his entry in the entertainment industry as he gets his bollywood break with Bang Bang Bangkok. The three lead roles are played by Sahil Anand(of SOTY fame),Sidhant Gupta and Namit Khanna .The film is being directed by Vikram Pradhan and is produced by Haresh Bhojwani under the banner of Dazzlewave Production.

When the aspiring actor Sidhant Gupta was asked about his entry in bollywood he commented “Acting was my dream, modeling was just a step towards making my dream come true. And with such a good break in a movie like Bang Bang Bangkok, I am keeping my fingers crossed to make a mark in bollywood.” He further adds “My Character in Bang Bang Bangkok is very funny and spontaneous which is challenging to me as it’s totally opposite of what I am in real life.”

Talking about his on sets experience Sidhant Gupta says “The Movie is of Comic Genre and no wonder when we stepped into the mad world of Bang Bang Bangkok, we realized that unlike emotion based family drama, comedy is totally distinct and challenging to perform. We had to be on our toes for each and every scene. He adds “But thankfully with the presence of comedy king, Suresh Menon, who is a master in his unusal comic sense and facial expressions, we could deliver our best. He was our mentor for the comic scenes and helped us to be at our best in delivering every act and I am sure that Bang Bang Bangkok will make audience laugh out louder.”

Bang Bang Bangkok is an action comedy which stares Sahil Anand, Sidhant Gupta and Namit Khanna in the lead roles. The film is being produced by Haresh Bhojwani of Dazzlewave Production, directed by Vikram Pradhan who has also penned the story and screenplay. The music of the film is done by Bappa Lahiri
