Ayushmann Khurrana turns AD for Madras Cafe

Ayushmann Khurrana recently turned assistant director for Viacom 18 Motion Pictures,JA Entertainment and Rising Sun Films’ Madras Cafe.The actor traveled to Cochi for ten days to assist director Shoojit Sircar on a crucial dramatic scene between John Abraham and Siddharth Basu and a few others.
Though Ayushmann was keen on assisting the director through the entire schedule,his professional commitments didn't permit him to.However as soon as his calendar opened up ,he caught the next flight to Cochi to assist Shoojit on the political thriller.
Says Shoojit Sircar, “Ayushmann had told me during Vicky Donor that if the film tanked and he didn’t get any work thereafter,he would assist me.But the film worked and he became a star.However,to get a better hang of direction,he did join us for a few days on the sets of Madras Cafe and proved to be a talented assistant”.
Says Ayushmann Khurana, “I wish I could be there for all 40 days of the Madras Cafe shoot. Shoojit has a fabulous set up .It was fascinating to see actors from a different point of view.I hope this experience results in making me a better actor.”
Presented by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and  JA Entertainment and produced by Rising Sun Films and JA Entertainment , Madras Cafe ,directed by Shoojit Sircar is scheduled to release 23rd August 2013.

Star cast of Film “B.A. Pass” attended the Press conference in New Delhi

All star cast of the hot film “B.A. Pass” attended the press conference at Delite Cinema, Delhi. Chak de’s vamp Bindiya, “Shilpa Shukla” with their co-stars Shadab Kamal & Dibyendu Bhattacharya were present in the conference with director Ajay Bahl.
Though the Film hasn’t released in India yet but already taken all the attention of the audience.  A film Like “B.A. Pass” is one those films which rarely made on such bold issue. The Story of the film is taken from a film based on short story, “The Railway Aunty” by Mohan Sikka but this film is obviously directed very differently by the Director Ajay Bahl.
Actor Shilpa Shukla is playing the lead in the film. Shilpa is one of those actors who does ‘out-of-league’ films and has always chosen films on the basis of strong script. “B.A. Pass” is her sixth film and she will be seen in a very bold avtar opposite to debutante Shadab KamalDev D fame Dibyendu  bhattacharya who played the role of “Chunni”  is also playing the important and different role in the film.
The film was screened at the 2012 Osian's Cinefan Festival of Asian and Arab Cinema in Delhi, At the Festival, the film won the Best Film Award n 'Indian competition' section, while debutante Shadab Kamal won the Best Actor award. Later at the 2012 Montreal World Film Festival, the film was part of the 'First Films World Competition',where it was nominated for the Golden Zenith for the Best First Fiction Feature Film. In January 2013, at the first South Asian Film Festival held in Paris it won The Prix Du Public (voted best film by the French Audience)
This much awaited hot film “B.A. Pass” will release on 2nd August in India.

Tahira Kochar & Akash Chopra promoted their film " Rabba Main Kya Karoon" in New Delhi

Femina Miss India finalist Tahira Kochar & Grandson of Ramanand Sagar, Akash Chopra attended the press conference and promoted their first upcoming hindi film "Rabba Main Kya Karu" at PVR Plaza, canaught Place, New Delhi. Both the Actors is doing debut in the film.
Akash didn't look nervous but was friendly with media at the conference. Both the actors were excited and because the film is romantic comedy, so, they hope the film will get success on Box Office.
Model turned Actor Tahira Kochar is playing female lead in the film with versatile actors Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal and debutante Akash  Chopra. Producer Moti Sagar is launching Akash with this film.
Both the debutantes are very much happy as they have got chance to work with some very talented actors of bollywood like Arshad Warsi and Paresh Rawal in the very beginning of their filmy carrier.

The film "Rabba Main Kya Karu" is a Hindi Romantic Comedy film directed by Amrit sagar Chopra and produced by Moti Sagar. The film will release on August 2nd , 2013

A Musical Evening organised on 32nd Barsi of Mohd. Rafi at Siri fort Auditorium, New Delhi

On 32nd Barsi of Mohd. Rafi, a musical tribute given to him by Kalyanji Anandji and some other singers at Siri fort Auditorium, New Delhi. The event was organised by Suresh Kumar Raheja, founder of Mohd. Rafi Foundation. On the occasion, Ananadji gave a phenomenal performance with their all Musicians.
Though Kalyan ji is not with us now, but Anand ji didn’t make the audience feel the unavailability of Kalyan ji, and gave some new talents a chance to sing and share stage with him on the hit numbers composed by him, sung by Rafi sahib.
Designer Ravi Bajaj & Joint commissioner Tejinder Luthra witnessed the Musical  evening. On the occasion IPS Muktesh Chander, (PM’s Security) was also present and won the heart of the audience by his performance with Flute. So why Commissioner Tejinder Luthra be aloof from the league of “revealing-hidden-Talent”,and He sung “na jaa kahin ab naa ja, dil k sivaa”, a very hit song of Mohd. Rafi.
Suresh Kumar Raheja, Anil Bajpai & Simrat Chhabra sung some of the very popular songs of Mohd. Rafi which was composed by Kalyan ji Anand ji. Indian Idol junior fame Vaishnavi and Nayan Raheja (nephew of Suresh kumar Raheja) also performed, made audience to forget everything and forced to groove.
A Great Singer like Mohd. Rafi is not present with us, but his songs made him immortal. His extra ordinary voice soothe our soul and so his songs.

Seventy Event Media Group announced the launch of Zambhala - India’s first yoga, music& lifespirit festival. Zambhala is an annual Festival that brings together the best Yoga experts, Spiritual teachers, practitioners and healers from India and across the world. It is a curated mix of live entertainment, spirituality, music and dance.
The first edition of Zambhala will be held on 21st and 22nd December 2013 in festiveGoa. The festival will showcase the best of Yoga teachers that India and the western world have to offer – practitioners from world-renowned schools such as the BKS Iyengar Yoga School to the Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Institute. A person can opt to melt away their stress in a Hatha Yoga class or relax to a Yoga Nidra class taught in the style of the Bihar School of Yoga.
