R.Madhavan stays at the late George Harrison's iconic house while in LA

R.Madhavan is currently in LA working on his Hollywood project ,Simon West’s Night of the Living Dead :Origins 3D – Apart from working with some iconic names in western cinema ,the actor is also currently staying at the late George Harrison's iconic house .

It was the property that inspired George Harrison's beloved Beatles tune Blue Jay Way.The majestic home overlooks Los Angeles and is within the Bird Streets, a residential area known to be an exclusive enclave popular with celebrities.

Due to its secluded nature and stunning views of the city it has served as home to Jennifer Aniston, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Jodie Foster and Keanu Reeves.

Says Madhavan, “I’m extremely delighted that I got a chance to live in George Harrison’s house. He composed the super-hit song ‘Blue jay way’ here and it’s one of my favourites. The Beatles have stayed here too”. Adding that , “I have been here for over a week now and it’s inspiring for an artiste, since there is so much history to it”.

Pakistani Actress Veena Malik visited Ajmer Sharif Dargah to Promote her upcoming film “Real life of SUPERMODEL

Beautiful Pakistani actress  Veena Malik visited Hazrat Khawaja Moinuddin Hasan Chisty Dargah, Ajmer Sharif with Ravi Ahlawat, Producer of her upcoming Film “Real life of SUPERMODEL”. They prayed for the success of their Film.

Veena Malik has done numbers of Hindi Films in Bollywood, but this the first time she is playing the single Lead in the film. This is the fourth film of Veena in Bollywood.

Apart from Veena Malik, there are some very good actors starring in the film, like Jackie Shroff, Ashmit Patel and Harsh Chaya.

Veana Malik is very excited about this Film and Prayed for its success. The Film is almost done and soon its trailer will be launched on internet and Television. She is eagerly waiting for the film to get released and hoping for its grand success.

Producer Ravi Ahlawat, is first time working with Veena Malik. Film “Real life of SUPERMODEL” is based on Life of Supermodels and their personal and professional life. The film is expected to release on 27 september, 2013.

John Abraham travels to Chennai to launch the Tamil trailer of Madras Cafe

John Abraham travels to Chennai today to launch the trailer of the Tamil version of Madras Cafe.The political thriller dubbed in Tamil will see its release on the 23rd August.

Confirming the news says director Shoojit Sircar, “Yes we will be dubbing Madras Cafe in Tamil since John and I wanted to ensure better reach to our South audiences. John will be in Chennai to launch the trailer .This makes us very happy as the milieu of the film is set there”.

While the film is a fictional account of a subject ,it touches upon true events that took place between the late 80's and early 90's .

Says a source, "John is taking personal interest to ensure that the dubbing takes place smoothly,he wants to ensure that the film receives a warm reception in Tamil Nadu and across the world.While there was several speculation on vested interests demanding for the film to be banned - The makers of Madras Cafe have reiterated that in no way does the content of the film look to offend anyone's sentiments and look forward to the south audiences enjoying the film".

Adds Sircar, “As a conscious citizen, I know how sensitive the issue is. The film is entirely an unbiased perspective”.

Presented by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures and  JA Entertainment and produced by Rising Sun Films and JA Entertainment , Madras Cafe ,directed by Shoojit Sircar is scheduled to release 23rd August 2013.

Vipul Shah signs Deven Bhojani to direct his very 1st Bollywood Film!!

We hear that director-producer Vipul Shah who gave the multi-talented actor Deven Bhojani his 1^st big role in television serial ‘Ek Mahal Ho Sapno Ka’ has now signed him and brought him on board to direct his 1^st Bollywood Film!! The talented actor Deven Bhojani who made waves with his classic performances on TV will now be seen directing a completely Fresh Romantic Comedy for Vipul Shah!! Chennai Express to bring Kolkata jhaal muri, Delhi chaat and Mumbai bhel

 

As Shah Rukh Khan’s Chennai Express rolls in this week, select cinema halls in the country will have audiences getting a taste of some delicious snacks from different Indian states. 

If you are wondering how, we can let you in on a little secret. The exhibitor chain Rathi Group of Cinemas has tied up with the 60-year-old Kolkata-based company Mukharochak Foods to offer popular snack dishes like jhaal muri from Kolkata, kabuli chana chaat from Delhi and bhel from Mumbai at some of their theaters in their cinema hall chain. 

Starting with Rohit Shetty’s Chennai Express starring SRK and Deepika Padukone with a special song dedicated to none other than Rajnikanth, the mouth-watering experience will extend to Milan Luthria’s Once Upon A Time in Mumbai Dobaara! (OUATIMD) starring Akshay Kumar, Imran Khan and Sonakshi Sinha; closely followed by Prakash Jha’s Satyagraha starring Amitabh Bachchan with Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor. 

OUATIMD producer Ekta Kapoor is kicked about the idea! “It’s a novel initiative in elevating the viewer’s movie-watching experience,” she quips.
