Designer Amy Billimoria known for her classic unconventional wearable collection designs for Tollywood’s superstar, Social & Political Worker & Member of the AICC, Nagma on the onset of Independence Day!

Nagma an actor, social & political worker & Member of the AICC highly impressed by Amy Billimoria’s recent line of clothing showcased at various fashion weeks, readies herself to don a special saree reflecting the spirit of Independence Day designed by the couturier.

On the onset of Independence Day, Nagma dons up the one of a kind saree at Designer Amy Billimoria's boutique in Santacruz, not only Nagma looked beautiful in the Saree but the saree suited her frame making her look at her elegant best. 

Amy Billimoria who has showcased her designs supporting various social causes put forth a brilliant initiative ‘Save the Girl Child’ at a prestigious award night. Apart from designing, Amy is a mentor herself at SNDT & B.D Somani College of fashion design. Amy has been graced with various titles like Lions Gold Awards,Manikchand Designer of the year, Leela Trophy for best embellishment & the list continues. Amy shall now design a special saree for the actress Nagma, talking about her saree, “The saree I have designed for Nagma Morarjee is inspired by the National Flag and the traditional rich heritage of the Indian Culture. It's a beautiful blend of colors using various tie dye techniques along with badla work. The sari is embellished with a rich brocade woven border inspired by the Ashoka Chakra.... And complementing the look is a contemporary band gala choli inspired by the Sanskrit Shlokas!”

Akshay Kumar in Bade Ache Lagtey Hai

Television shows are being avidly used by Bollywood biggies to promote their movie ventures.  Recenttly, Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara (OUATIMD) lead actor Akshay Kumar made an appearance in Sony Entertainment Television’s most watched show. Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. We all know that Bade Achhe Lagte Hain will be taking a 9 year leap and Aanchal Munjal will be introduced as the teenage Pihu. Sources inform us that, Akshay will come to Pihu’s college fest to promote his upcoming movie Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobaara. Pihu who is unable to attend the fest disappointedly stays at home and suddenly to her shock she finds Akshay at her house. Akshay takes Pihu to the fest and announces to the audience that Pihu is his date for the night!  

How will Pihu react to this will be something to watch for.

FIRST LOOK OF HORROR STORY

Vikram Bhatt, who had kept a low profile on his directorial front, is now all set with his next release Horror story, Directed by Ayush Raina, who has previously directed Bombay High (one of the short films in Mumbai Cutting).

The Story revolves around seven youngsters who challenge each other to spend the night at the infamous hotel in the heart of the city; little did they know that this will turn out to be the most horrendous night of their life, rather, the last night of their life.

Besides television actor Karan Kundra, who is making his Bollywood debut with this film, the film stars fresh faces like Ravish Desai, Hasan Zaidi, Nishant Malkani, Sheetal Singh, Aparna Bajpai, Radhika Menon and Nandini Vaid.

Horror Story will hit the screens on September 13, 2013.

Kainaat Arora’s transformation from an Ugly Betty to a Hot Babe!!!

Bollywood beauty Kainaat Arora who is best remembered for her item song Aila Re Aila from Khatta Meetha with Akshay Kumar will next be seen in Indra Kumar’s ‘Grand Masti’ opposite Vivek Oberoi!

This would be Kainaath’s first stepping stone in Bollywood with a full fledged role and yes, she is quite excited about it!

Speaking about her role, Kainaat said, “My role is of a nerdy girl, and a similar look to that of Ugly Betty who then turns into a hot babe and then have an extra-marital affair!! I am paired opposite Vivek in the film and had a lot of fun shooting with him! Vivek has become a great friend now and more than that, he’s a wonderful human being who is very supportive. Not even once did I feel that this is my first film,” says Kainaat.

Apart from Vivek becoming her good friend Kainaat has also become good friends with Priyanka who is Vivek’s wife and they often bonded on the sets! When quizzed about her bonding with Priyanka,  she said, “Yes Priyanka is so sweet, its ironical that I am having an extra marital affair with Vivek in the film but eventually in real life we bonded like never before! she laughed!

The actress is also all praise for the director Indra Kumar. “He is a very nice person and he commands respect in this industry,”adds Kainaat who has high hopes for the movie. “Masti was a hit in 2004 so I am glad to be working for the sequel. It is a great way to begin my career with, she concludes!

Produced by Maruti Pictures and Directed by Indra Kumar, Grand Masti is all set to hit the screens on 13^th Sept, 2013!!

The two sides of Zanjeer- Apoorva Lakhia shot Zanjeer in Hindi and Thoofan in Telugu simultaneously!!

We all know that Apoorva Lakhia’s much anticipated action fiesta ‘Zanjeer’ also has a telugu version ‘Thoofan’ which will release along with Zanjeer on 6^th September, 2013 in South!!

But now we hear that Apoorva Lakhia shot both the films Zanjeer and Thoofan simultaneously!!

Along with Ram Charan and Priyanka Chopra, Sanjay Dutt is playing the role of Pran in Zanjeer while Srihari is playing Pran’s role in Thoofan.

So Sanjay Dutt and Srihari both would shoot on the same day with Ram Charan and Priyanka Chopra.

A source close to the team said, “Sanjay sir and Srihari both would come on the same day for the shoot but their call time was different. Apoorva would 1^st shoot with Sanjay sir and rest of the cast. After the scene was over, Sanjay sir would go back and Srihari would come on the sets and enact the same scene with the cast. So 1st we all used to have the scripts in Hindi and then later scripts changed to telugu. We had scripts written in Hindi, Telugu and English and it needed a lot of planning and coordination as both the films scenes had to be shot on 1 day. Sometimes it did get confusing but since Apoorva knew what exactly he wanted, it helped in speeding up the project.”

Well, with all this hard work this is surely an electrifying project to look out for!!
