Evelyn Sharma files complaint with Cyber Crime Cell in Lucknow

The people of Lucknow are known for their tehzeeb (etiquettes). But Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani actress and fashionista Evelyn Sharma’s experience with a locally run website from the city, has been quite different.
Following constant harassment through falsities in articles on a website called bollygupshup.org, Evelyn has filed a complaint with Mr Dinesh Yadav, nodal officer, and head of Cyber Crime Cell of Lucknow Police, Uttar Pradesh.
The said website, run by Lucknow-based Gagan Deep Mishra alias Akash Deep Mishra, had put up various articles on Evelyn within a span of a week, attacking her with false statements.
They incorrectly claimed that the actress has undergone plastic surgery, was part of a film titled Joker, as well as put up a false age, on the pretext of picking content from Wikipedia and IMDB, without verification.
Moreover, the website often ‘tagged’ Evelyn on her Twitter account in the web links of these articles containing the fabricated information, in an apparent attempt to intimidate the actress on social media.
Requests for corrections by Evelyn’s publicist Dale Bhagwagar were ignored by the website, after which he filed a complaint with the cyber cops on behalf of the actress.
Since Evelyn is residing in Mumbai, the Cyber Crime Investigation Cell (CCIC) in Mumbai has also been informed. The Police complaints may be followed up with legal action for defamation.

Ruslan Mumtaz mobbed in Ahmedabad!

The very hot and good looking actor Ruslan Mumtaz who is currently seen in Sony TV’s Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zaara recently visited the city of Gujrati’s, Ahmedabad for his show promotion.  The show which started just a month back has managed to win the hearts of millions by its simple storyline and amazing star cast. An onlooker informed us, Ruslan had come to promote his show Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zaara and he was badly mobbed by all teenage crowds at a mall. Ruslan along with his gorgeous co-star Sangeeta Ghosh were in Ahmedabad to meet their fans and create a buzz about their new show. The response from the younger generation for Ruslan has been tremendous, especially since most of the girls recognize him from first movie MP3 (Mera Pehle Pehle Pyaar) , where he played the adorable teenage lover. When we buzzed Ruslan on the incident, he smiled, “I was stunned by the response. Most of the girls were calling me Dhruv due to the onscreen characters they have seen me play. It was really touching to see the overwhelming response.”

Seems the chocolate boy was too hot to handle for the girls of Ahmedabad who just drooled over him.

Bollywood came for aarti at Andheri Cha Raja

Rahul Thackeray-Aditi Redkar engagement celebrations

Young Rahul Thackery got engaged to his childhood sweetheart Aditi Redkar in a simple ceremony in Levo Restaurant, Model Town, Andheri West. “I know Aditi since Junior KG,”  confesses Rahul. “It took me a lot of guts to propose to her, though but today, on my engagement day, I feel so much inner peace.” Says Aditi Redkar, “I can’t express my feeling. It’s like finally, this is it. We have been together for ten years and we are very very happy.”
Uncle Raj Thackeray was there to be part of the ceremonial rituals. Other than Raj Thackeray and family, Arjun Rampal with wife Mehr Jessia, Raza Murad with wife Shahrukh, Harinder Singh, Reshma Shetty, actor Rajvir Dutt, director Rajkumar Hirani,  sufi singer Mudasir Ali, Sonu Nigaam, Mana Shetty, Vickey Tejwani  among others, graced the occasion. FIRST LOOK – RAQT–EK RISHTA – Sept 27 release

All set for a September 27, all-India release, psycho-thriller Raqt – Ek Rishta sees Sheena Shahabadi in a totally different light.

Revolving around Sonia (Sweta Bharadwaj) and Suhani (Sheena shahabadi), the film is about the fatal obsession of an adopted daughter for her mother’s affection. Sonia is a single mother who adopts her sister’s daughter when her sister and brother-in-law die in an accident due to her carelessness.

Sonia, along with her maid Maria (Farida Jalal) pampers Suhani to not let her miss her parents. This has an opposite effect with Suhani developing an obsessive relationship with her. She will let nothing come between her and her mother.

Unaware of her child’s problem, Sonia becomes a careerwoman not focusing on her personal life beyond Suhani. She becomes a successful heroine. One day, Suhani sees Sonia and a friend arguing. She kills him, and Sonia takes the blame and is jailed for seven years.

Suhani is in a hostel and hates the ambience. She kills Bobby, a lesbian who wants her, but is saved by a medical report that states death due to drug overdose.

Sonia comes back and tries to make live easy for Suhani. She settles in a remote place, where psychiatrist Yuvaraj (Gulshan Grover) who likes Sonia discovers that Suhani has a major psychiatric problem. Suhani hates Yuvaraj’s attention towards Sonia and feels she will be sent to a hostel, again away from her mother. And she sees Yuvaraj learning the truth about her from Maria.

Suhani kills Maria. Yuvaraj who loves Sonia wants to help her and Suhani and tries and make this look like a normal death. But can he really help her? Will Yuvraj able to save himself and cure Suhani? Is there really a cure to this killer obsession?
