गंगा महोत्सव में कैलाश खेर

हर साल गंगा नगरी बनारस में गंगा महोत्सव का आयोजन होता है. प्रबोधनी एकादशी से आरम्भ होकर  कार्तिक पूर्णिमा तक  चलने वाले इस उत्सव का सभी लोग बहुत ही उत्साह से इंतज़ार करते हैं. कला और संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से ५ दिनों तक चलने वाले इस महोत्सव में देश - विदेश से शामिल होने के लिए लोग आते हैं।

इस साल इस गंगा महोत्सव में लोकप्रिय गायक कैलाश खेर अपने बैंड कैलासा के साथ परफॉर्म करेगें और अपने चाहने वाले को मन्त्र मुग्ध करेगें।

Sonakshi goes Street Shopping in the lanes of Kolkata!!

The gorgeous looking Sonakshi Sinha is all geared up to essay the role of an aspiring actress in Tigmanshu Dhulia’s most anticipated action drama ‘Bullett Raja’ where she is paired opposite the Nawab Saif Ali Khan which has the backdrop of Calcutta & Lucknow!!

Buzz is that Sonakshi will be seen playing a very sassy and a glamorous role for which the actress is very excited about!!

Sonakshi was gung ho about it and decided to go along with her stylist and buy clothes herself! She went street shopping from Mall Road to Chowringhee Lane, College Street in Kolkata, Sonakshi traveled everywhere with her stylist! Wonder if any local people got the opportunity to catch a glimpse of her!

A source close to the team said, “Sonakshi loves street shopping. And when she learnt that the clothes for her role have to be picked up from some famous lanes, she jumped to the idea and insisted that she too goes with her stylist and it will also help her to understand the role better.”

Well, do we see her dual career as a fashion stylist in the making? Certainly no complains!

Kapol young couple attempts Guinness Book of World Record for Largest Origami Mosaic 2013 official unveiling of largest origami mosaic. Origami is an art of folded papers creating a representation of an object without glue or scissor.

The theme was national integrity and it was for the category of largest origami Mosaic 2013

President Ashok Gandhi and wife Harshada Gandhi spearheaded and conceptualised the whole event and made India proud, ably supported by Avinash Parekh spearheaded the whole attempt, Haresh Mehta (MD Rohan Lifescapes ) supported the entire event 

The huge crowd Witnessed the Record breaking ‘Origami’ (the Japanese art of folding paper into decorative shapes and figures) KYC to break the world record of 4345sqft. Of Origami By making 6344sqft Origami, which stands as world record.

Inauguration by Mayor Shri Sunil Prabhu, Ashish Shelar, Sanjay Nirupam, Amy Billimoria, Dolly Bindra attended and supported the cause, The event Witnessed presence of women participants who set the Record breaking ‘ the earlier record was established in Greece on 31st may 4337 sq feet

The size of each origami piece is 143 mm widths 120 mm breadth x 114 mm height ( 5.63"W x 4.75"Bx4.49"h) the national integrity theme by uniting all states together under the blues and Indian national flag on.centre of mosaic a symbol of enhancement of the nations pride .
