Dr. Rishma who looked graceful in an Amy Billimoria outfit discussed the issues of middle age crisis & invited her guests present at the book launch to come & speak on the same.

The book Fit at 40 by Dr. Rishma Dhillon Pai & compiled with contributions from the eminent personalities from the health front including Leena Mogre (Fitness expert & nutritionist), Dr. Sarita Davare (Pain & Weight Management consultant) & Dr. Purnima Mhatre (Chairperson, MD, Gorgeous Skin Pvt. Ltd.) will be an insight to the importance of a healthy diet offering advice, solutions, precautions & tips to stay healthy, look younger & keep midlife crisis at bay.

Dr. Rishma Dhillon Pai, a consultant Gynecologist at Mumbai’s leading hospitals Jaslok, Lilavati & Bloom IVF Center at Mumbai, Delhi & Chandigarh talks about her book, “40 is an important milestone in our life. In today’s age, malls are considered the one-stop shop for everything from food to shopping to watching movies to just spending a happy time with friends and loved people. However, in the coming future, going to a mall might also be defined as a terrifying experience, especially after MSM Motion Picture & Contiloe entertainment’s next directed by Pavan Kripalani’s ‘Darr@The Mall’ releases on February 21^st,2014. Pavan is the man who sent chills up everyone’s spines with his directorial debut ‘Ragini MMS’ and now, the talented filmmaker is back with another horror flick, that will surely make you think twice about visiting a mall again.

Jimmy Sheirgill, who plays a mall security head in the film, said, “This was one of the toughest films to shoot for me as the film was mostly shot at nights and it took a major toll on our health. Not only this, the location of the shot was actually eerie, which added to the bunch of challenges that we had to face while shooting for Darr@The Mall. However, I believe that all the hard work that has been put in has been honestly reflected in the film and we all are quite eager to know the public reaction to this film, which can be easily described as one of the best horror films made in Bollywood.”

A common man in India is known to be crazy for two things Bollywood and Cricket and our telly actors are just the same. Sony TV’s KD Pathak aka Ronit Roy recently expressed his love for this crazy game.   A little birdie from the sets  gave us this inside gossip that during the technical breaks, the entire cast and crew of Adaalat gets involved in playing cricket .Talking more about it Ronit’s co-star Romit excitedly exclaimed, “We are a bunch of crazy people.  Whenever there are many long breaks we get lot of time to have some fun moments. Ronit Da is seen the most enthusiastic one and he is also the captain of our team. The entire crew gets into the spirit of the game and it turns out to be an amazing time with each other.

Superstars of Indian Cinema - Anil Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra will join the International Indian Film Awards (IIFA) on a 3 city tour of America as they announce celebrations ahead of the 15^th year of the film industry’s most awaited awards ceremony and weekend extravaganza. Fans of Indian Cinema, particularly those residing in Los Angeles, Tampa Bay and New York will have the opportunity to catch two of the most prolific stars of Indian Cinema on American soil.

Earlier this year, the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) announced that fans of Indian Cinema could expect the 15^th Annual IIFA celebrations to make its American premiere in Tampa Bay, Florida.
