Sharda’s first day in coaching class

Sony Entertainment Television’s new offering Ekk Nayi Pehchan that explores the real relationship between a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law is all set to witness the major twists and turns. The show marks the entry of Poonam DHillon on small screen is leaving no stone unturned to entertain its audiences. The entertainment quotient will be doubled as the viewers will get to see new beginning in Sharda’s life.

Sharda (Poonam Dhillon) who is illiterate is ignored and are embarrassed by the fact that she doesn’t know English language. With the entry of Sakshi in Sharda life’s sharda life will turn in different direction. Sakshi who is upset with her mother in law being ridiculed for her illiteracy enrolls her name for English coaching classes. It’s Sharda first day in coaching class. The moment Sharda entered the class everyone was of the opinion that she is teacher. Sharda is very embarrassed to be part of the teenage group.

Will Sharda succeed to adjust in the class or destiny has some other plans for her?

Vivek Oberoi walks the ramp for the Bandra Community Center at the India Kids Fashion Week .

Vivek Oberoi recently took to the ramp to walk for designer Kirti Rathore, representing the charitable organization , the Bandra Community Center, at the India Kids Fashion Week held at the Lalit.

While the first season saw Sushmita Sen ,Dia Mirza, Sohail and Arbaaz Khan, the fashion week's second season saw Vivek Oberoi walk the ramp with 14 children from the community center.

Says designer Kirti Rathore, "My professional journey with Vivek started 2 years ago when Vivek himself voluntarily supported the HIV cause during the Rajasthan fashion week where he walked with 15 special kids on the ramp in Jaipur ..He is truly an actor with a golden heart ". Adding that, "I had taken up a polo theme on the ramp which was something very unusual ..Vivek walked the ramp with 14 orphan children .Vivek has been working on social causes himself was the best choice as we both connect on the social front".

Says Vivek Oberoi, "It was fabulous walking the ramp with all those adorable kids! And it felt great to give such a platform to underprivileged kids, making them feel like stars

Mumbai Police Commissioner Mr. Satyapal Singh announces Singham 2!!

The sequel of the 2011 blockbuster 'Singham' aka Rohit Shetty's Singham 2 was officially announced by the Police commissioner of Mumbai Mr. Satyapal Singh at a Police charity function 'Umang 2014' held at Andheri Sports Complex, Mumbai.

And also adding a new flavour of entertainment in the sequel will be none other than the very gorgeous ‘Kareena Kapoor’!! Yes, Kareena Kapoor will be joining the superhit duo Ajay Devgn and Rohit Shetty after Golmaal returns and Golmaal and will be playing Bajirao Singham’s love interest in the film. 

At the police function, Kareena Kapoor entered to the tunes of Singham while Lion king Ajay Devgn made a grand entry in a car and in his character as he was wearing the Police Khaki uniform. The duo was later joined by the ace director Rohit Shetty and Mumbai Police Commissioner Mr. Satyapal Singh on stage. A special promo which was made for the occasion was played where the policemen and lady constables spoke how the people around them have started looking at them with more respect after Singham released and how the film has changed their lives. In fact it was an emotional outburst for many present at the event after that promo was played. 

 

Well, with the announcement itself being so grand and entertaining, we are sure that the sequel will promise double the entertainment dosage as it goes on floors this March!!

Director Vikas Bahl Turns To Old Delhi Haunts For ‘Queen’ Shooting.

Director Vikas Bahl, who is helming the Kangana Ranaut starrer ‘Queen’ produced by Viacom Motion Pictures & Phantom Films, grew up in Delhi and as such, has fond memories of the Capital, which reportedly prompted him to shoot at locations in Delhi that he had frequented during his youth.

A source said, “Vikas was quite keen about shooting at particular Delhi locations like Lajpat Nagar, Alaknanda Market, Delhi Haat, Golden Dragon Chinese Restaurant, Saket, Delhi University- North Campus and other such places as they have been a part of his growing up years and he was quite nostalgic about the locations.”

Confirming the news says director Vikas Bahl, “I have fond memories of Delhi and shot at all the locations that a common man would visit ….we’ve tried to capture the essence and flavor of the city”.

Viacom Motion Pictures & Phantom Films’ Queen directed by Vikas Bahl is scheduled to release 28^th February 2014.

Motivation galore to spice up the drama quotient in Sony Entertainment Television’s Ekk Nayi Pehchan

The newly launched show of Sony Entertainment television’s “Ekk Nayi Pehchaan” is leaving no stone unturned to entertain its audience.  The show that explores the real relationship between a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law is all set to witness the motivation galore from Sakshi (Krystle Dsouza) for Sharda (Poonam Dhillon). Recently, it has been seen that Sakshi is very upset with her mother-in-law being ridiculed for her illiteracy. Sakshi decides to motivate her mother in law to take up for further studies. In the upcoming episodes the viewers will get to see a temple scene between Sakshi and Sharda where Sakshi proposes and requests Sharda to take up studies and join coaching class. Sharda who is a stern devote of Lord Krishna agrees on Sakshi’s proposal when the Lord Krishna showers his blessing too by dropping a peacock feather drops down. Well its seems our television is slowly getting inspired by our dramatic movies. Here it the Hum Aapke Hai Kaun, climax sequence.
