Mohit Chaddha and Mayera Sehgal announce a unique promotional contest for their upcoming film Bewakoofiyan

 

At a B-School event attended by working students in their interview-best, Ayushmann Khurrana (Mohit Chaddha) and Sonam Kapoor (Mayera Sehgal) presented a tongue-in-cheek look at the corporate world while announcing the unique promotional campaign ‘Get a Job at YRF.’

 Along with having the required qualifications for the marketing position, one must also be able to impress Ayushmann and Sonam in the final selection round. While Ayushmann who plays Mohit - a marketing whiz kid will judge the applicant’s marketing and communication capabilities,  Sonam playing Mayera – a financial brain will conduct the interview on the grounds of personal conduct and presentation skills.

VIACOM18 MOTION PICTURES TO RELEASE DARREN ARONOFSKY’S MAGNUM OPUS ‘NOAH’ IN INDIA

Fascinated by the compelling story about Noah since a very young age, director Darren Aronofsky is all set to present his take on the larger-than-life story of courage, sacrifice and hope, titled ‘Noah’. Paramount Pictures recently released the first pulse-racing trailer of the film, which has attracted amazing response from the audience across the globe.

The film boasts of a stellar cast, comprising of Academy Award winners Russell Crowe and Jennifer Connelly as Noah and his wife, Naameh, respectively. It also features Oscar Award winner Anthony Hopkins and the ‘Harry Potter’ actress, Emma Watson. The director, Darren Aronofsky, who has given the world remarkable award winning films like Pi, Black Swan and The Wrestler, had been working on the screenplay of the epic since 2004.  

The adventure packed film has spectacular VFX with mass scale production. The film features Noah having visions of an apocalyptic deluge, taking measures to protect his family and saving the innocent animals from the coming flood. In a world ravaged by human sin, Noah is given a divine mission: to build an Ark to save God's creation from the devastating flood. Noah and his family build a massive ark, large enough to give shelter to two of every type of animal, who, when the time is right, appear at the foot of the great ship to board. What follows is a battle for Noah's Ark, so that the storm can be survived.

 With the film due for a worldwide release next month, Black Swan filmmaker Aronofsky has certainly left the audience looking forward to the grand cinematic experience. Presented by Paramount Pictures, the film is slated for release on 28^th March by Viacom18 Motion Pictures in India.

Star cast of Film “Gulaab Gang” attended the Press conference in New Delhi

Star cast of upcoming Indian Hindi  women centric social film  “Gulaab Gang” visited hotel Le Meridien to attend the press conference. Debutant director Soumik Sen and producer Anubhava Sinha were  present with legendary actors  Madhuri Dixit  and Juhi Chawla at the event.

At the conference Madhuri Dixit taught skills of self defence, with fight choreographer Kanishka Sharma and Juhi Chawla was seen giving demonstration of Pepper Spray.  At the promotional event Madhuri said, “ First time I have done strong and real action . I have done everything myself there is no stunt double. I enjoyed and hope audience also does. But nowhere they look forced ,it comes very naturally in the film, be it action or it even songs”. On working with Madhuri Dixit, Juhi Chawla said, “It happens once in a lifetime when we get such a good script and where we can work together with such dedication. So, I don't imagine that we will again be working together. That's why the film is exciting for us as actors”.

As the film is based on rural parts of india so Madhuri Dixit is potraying de glamorous role whereas Juhi Chawla will be seeing in the negative shades potraying a powerfull, infamous villainous politician. Both the actors considered as competitors back in late 1980’s and 1990’s will share the screen for the first time in there common carrer span of 27 years.

Being a women centric film and releasing on pre womens day, it already came into the notes. The film is produced under banner of Alumbra Entertainment which is directed by debutant director Soumik Sen. Music is also given by Soumik Sen. Much awaited film Gulaab Gang will release on 7^th March 2014.

Ghulam Ali’s Famous Ghazal ‘Dasni Sharab Di’ Gets Remixed In ‘Gang Of Ghosts’

 The makers of Satish Kaushik’s upcoming ghost-comedy ‘Gang Of Ghosts’, who had wanted to remix Ghulam Ali’s famous ghazal ‘dasni sharab di’, roped in none other than Ghulam Ali’s son Aamir Ali for the remixed version and Aamir Ali feels that the remix will surely strike a chord with the youth.

Talking about how he got associated with the film, Aamir said, “Satish ji had attended one of my shows last year and when we met, he aked me to sing a song in his film.”

The song has been much appreciated by all and elated at the response, Aamir gushes, “I have got positive reviews about the song so far and I hope that people who are fans of the original ghazal too will like the remixed version.”

Venus Records and Tapes and actor-director Satish Kaushik’s  ‘Gang Of Ghosts’ stars Sharman Joshi, Mahie Gill, Meera Chopra, Parambrata Chatterjee, Anupam Kher, Saurabh Shukla, Vijay Verma, Jackie Shroff, Rajesh Khattar, Chunky Pandey and other actors. The film is slated to release on March 21.
