Launched a year back, on 25^th January 2013, Blame It On Yashraj had marked the comeback of Bharat Dabholkar and Ashvin Gidwani on stage after a long hiatus. The St Andrews show of AGP Blame It On Yahsraj over the weekend marked the celebrations of the first anniversary and astounding success of this musical extravaganza.

Written and directed by renowned director and ad magnet Bharat Dabholkar, Blame It On Yashraj is a two-act play revolving around the big fat Indian wedding madness. Encompassing an ensemble cast of well-known stage and TV artists like Anant Mahadevan, Jayati Bhatia, Anchal Sabharwal, Punit Tejwani; foot tapping musical score of Louis Banks; choreographed Bollywood jhatkas by ace choreographer Hormuzd Khambata and vibrant costume designs by famous designer Manali Jagtap- Blame it on Yashraj promises to be an enthralling laugh riot with its dose of glamour, music, dance, comedy as well as emotions.

Saif Ali Khan Goes For Phantom Schedule Despite Back Spasm Issue.

     Saif Ali Khan, who will be next seen playing a tough secret agent in Kabir Khan's 'Phantom', recently proved that he is as tough as his on-screen persona. Sources claim that Khan, who had suffered a back spasm recently, decided to fly to Patiala for the shooting schedule of Phantom despite the injury as he did not want to inconvenience Kabir Khan and the rest of the film team. 
     The source added, "The doctor had advised Saif to take rest but he decided to go ahead for the schedule as the director had scheduled a high-octane action sequence in Punjab and Saif realised that it would have been difficult to reschedule it later. In Patiala, Saif will be shooting high-octane action scenes with Kaif."

THE MASTRAM STYLE OF WRITING EXPLORED ON VIDEO

Mastram directed by Akhilesh Jaiswal, which is all set to release on May 1, in an unprecedented move, unveiled the writing style of the original ‘Mastram’ writer online. Being launched this Sunday, the producers of the film launched an entire segment of the Mastram style of writing through the visual medium, bringing to life the era and style of the writer of the widely popular Indian erotica, which has been around for many decades.

Presented by Sunil Bohra, produced by Ajay Rai and Sanjeev Pal Singh, the film has been making headlines for being India’s first film to trace the life and journey of India’s first ever ‘erotica’ writer.

This widely anticipated film stars Rahul Bagga,Tara Berry among others and marks director Akhilesh Jaiswal’s film debut.

The six - pack club on Boogie Woogie

Sony TV’s popular dance reality show ‘Boogie Woogie’ is host to an elite six - pack club. No we are not talking about the judges but we are indeed talking about the little dancing sensations. 

The upcoming episode will see, Shilpa Shetty and Harman Baweja make an appearance on the show to promote thier upcoming movie ‘Dishkiyaaoon’. After watching the dance performances Shilpa said, “Boogie Woogie is the only pure dance reality show and is the best amongst all.” Later host Sargun Mehta also revealed that all the boys on the show have six pack abs. On Shilpa’s request, Abhishek, Aryan, Sachin, Sagar and Mumtaz make their way to the stage and flaunted their prized abs. In fact Shilpa also requested Rakshit to show his packs too. When a shy Rakshit hesitated to do so, the actress gave him an offer to get personal training under her.

Tampa, FL, 14^th March, 2014 - The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) is currently on a promotional tour in the United States. Having visited New York and Houston earlier this week, they will today be in Tampa and Orlando for the final leg of the tour.  Accompanying them is one of Indian cinema’s biggest names, actress Vidya Balan who will spread the word about the upcoming IIFA Celebrations presented by Freedom Health. David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts played venue host to the IIFA Presser in Tampa today. The Videocon d2h IIFA Weekend 2014 will be held from the 23^rd to the 26^th of April in Tampa Bay.

Marking her first visit to Tampa Bay, actor, Vidya Balan said, “Having travelled to a number of exotic locales the world over, IIFA has made its mark on the map, educating the world about Indian Cinema. Going forward, I am very pleased to be a part of IIFA’s landmark journey, as they venture into the United States, in Tampa Bay. I am excited to be a part of the IIFA Master Class this year and look forward to engaging with my fans in the US.”

Sensing the excitement in the U.S., the organisers today announced a selection of tickets opening up for IIFA Magic of the Movies and Technical Awards to be held on the third day of the Videocon d2h IIFA Weekend (25^th of April) at The MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre. IIFA Magic of the Movies and Technical Awards will be a night of music, dance and awards, with performances from Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Farhan Akthar, Bipasha Basu and a special musical act by Pritam.
