National Award Winning Duo Hansal Mehta and Rajkummar Rao’s ‘Citylights’ to release on 30th May
A compelling story of love, struggle and survival to come alive on the big screen.
The
successful team of Fox Star Studios and Vishesh Films is now back with a
pathbreaking movie experience with ‘Citylights’ this May.Citylights
brings back the National Award winning duo Hansal Mehta and Rajkummar
Rao, after their earlier venture ‘Shahid’ vowed the audiences and the
critics alike bagging all major film awards for the year 2013.
Rajkummar Rao is paired opposite actress Patralekha who
will be making her debut with this film.CITYLIGHTS is based on the life
of a trader in Rajasthan who comes to the City of Mumbai with his wife
and daughter in hope of a better life. The challenges they face, their
encounter with a big city and how they rise to meet those challenges
nurtured by the power of their love is what Citylights is all about.
The
story revolves around Rajkummar's character who dreams of an improved
life for his family and moves to a big city in the hope of making a
living but soon his dreams come crashing down as he finds city of lights
casting a dark shadow threatening to swallow the love of his life-his
wife and his child. How far must he go then to protect his family sets
the tone of this emotional love story against the backdrop of a
thriller.
At
heart Citylights is a love story, a story about familial bonding, a
thriller that explores the depths of human nature and a drama about
sacrifice in the city of dreams. Citylights is about our world, our
times and the ultimate emotion that drives every relationship - love.

Brief Synopsis of the film- Mighty Raju- Rio
Calling
Mighty Raju, the four year old kid with super
powers travels to Rio, Brazil as his father Swamy has been given a special
assignment by the government of India. Raju’s mother, Sandhya is very happy to
go there but Raju is very skeptical and feels that he will miss all his
friends. Mighty Raju begins to like Rio and joins a school over there, but gets
bullied by Daniel at the school and gets teased that he doesn’t know about how to
play football. Raju meets Maria and befriends her. He comes to know that she is
the daughter of the Don of Rio- Don Pedro.
Raju begins to experience strange phenomenon
and keeps losing his super powers for short durations of time. Meanwhile, his
dad is trying to solve the puzzle of banks in Rio being robbed by the means of
computers. Eventually, Mighty Raju learns to play football and his school team
reaches the final of the inter-school tournament. In this film all his wits and
powers are put to the test in a pulse-racing face-off against nasty soccer
rivals, gun-toting Mafia dons and deadly Capoeira fighters, all set out to
strike him down. Will Mighty Raju emerge victorious?

When Wolverine aka Hugh Jackman almost castrated himself for X Men Days Of Future Past!!
Superstar and X Men Days Of Future Past actor Hugh Jackman almost
dealt himself a serious injury while shooting as Wolverine in the upcoming
superhero flick releasing on 23rd May
The Aussie Wolverine hottie revealed that he had come close to
castrating himself with the Wolverine claws, while promoting X Men Days Of
Future Past recently!!
Jackman was shooting a nude scene when he had his brush with mutilation,
he says, "There was a very intense first scene and I insisted on a closed
set," Jackman said. "I ran around the corner and all the female
members of the crew were gathered there. I tried to cover myself and cut my
inner thigh," Jackman continued. "It was just the inner thigh,
thankfully. The metal claws had to go-you can't have bits and pieces flying
off."
Well that’s quite a close call!!!
Hugh Jackman is back as the highly popular mutant Wolverine in the
upcoming film "X-Men: Days of Future Past," releasing on 23rd
May in english hindi tamil and telugu in india.
