Suresh to agree for Sharda’s London trip

Sony Entertainment Television’s unique saga Ekk Nayi Pehchaan is soon going to take some major twist and turns.  As the viewers would have seen that Sharda has been selected to go to London for a special annual adult literacy conference. But the question then was will Suresh agree to it? Well now we have the answer to this, in an upcoming episode Karan-Sakshi will be seen convincing Suresh to give the permission to Sharda. At first being admant and manipulative Suresh will initially disagree but with a shock of everyone he will be seen eventually agreeing. Hearing the news Sakshi will be seen starting the preparation but Sharda will been having a doubt.

How come Suresh agreed to it? Will Sharda able to discover the real truth?

Vivek Kumar (Vicky) makes his directorial debut with a Musical Love story ‘Rhythm’

Producer Vivek Kumar (Vicky) known for his films like ‘Angrakshak’, ‘Zor’, ‘Kranti’ & ‘Lakeer’  is set to make his directiorial debut with a big budget Musical Love story ‘Rhythm’ introducing International performers Adeel Chaudhry &  Rinil , Gurleen Chopra , Kiran Srinivas ,Vibhu Raghav , Kosha Jayaswal,  Kuba Gras & Salman Ahmad of the original ‘Junoon’ band in a very special cameo role . The film a musical love story is 75% complete & is based in an international University and shot entirely in Poland. R N Kumar presents the film being produced by Vicky Films Pvt Ltd. Apart from actors & technicians, ‘Rhythm’ boasts of an ensemble of Music Composers from different parts of the Globe who have come together to provide tracks for the film. Salman Ahmad (of the original sufi rock band ‘Junoon’) is all set to enter bollywood after their landmark international hit track ’Sayonee’ with tracks that have specially been composed for ‘Rhythm’. The tracks have been rendered by Sunidhi Chauhan & Salman Ahmad himself.  Sameer Anjaan & Salman Ahmad have written Lyrics for the songs. Along with him music composer Suresh Peters has recorded a song with Sunidhi Chauhan, Harshdeep & himself and another version in English specially produced & rendered by Natalie. Pranay Rijia has also composed a number for ‘Rhythm’, sung by Kay Kay with Lyrics by Sameer Anjaan. Naveed Zafar has composed & rendered a Punjabi club number in his own voice to be shot lavishly in one of the largest night clubs in Krakow, Poland. Ace Choreographer Glenn Douglas Packard (USA) who has worked with Michael Jackson & Ricky Martin was especially signed by Vicky to choreograph songs for the film.  Johny Lal is the DOP. Art Director is by Rashid Rangrez.The screenplay & dialogues is by Chintan Gandhi &   Story, Screenplay & Direction is by Vivek Kumar.

Saif and Ritiesh bond over paintings on the sets of Humshakals!!

Touted to be one of the most anticipated movies of 2014, Humshakals is all set to tickle our funny bones with the triple roles of Saif Ali Khan, Ritiesh Deshmukh and Ram Kapoor!

The versatile actors Saif Ali Khan and Ritiesh Deshmukh hit it off instantly while shooting in the beautiful locales of England and bonded over paintings too!

Yes! You read it right the long shooting schedule in Mauritius and London which went on for a couple of months, gave both the actors quite a lot of time to spend on and off the sets!

“Saif and Ritiesh are very passionate about paintings. They would wrap up the shoot in time so that their in the evenings the duo could go for shopping of paintings in London. Apart from discussing about the movie scripts and having fun on the sets with the crew, the two were also seen discussing about their love for paintings!!” a source said from the production team.

Humshakals stars Saif Ali Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, Ram Kapoor, Bipasha Basu, Tamannaah and Esha Gupta.

Mallika Sherawat to inaugurate CII Pavilion at Cannes

Bollywood diva Mallika Sherawat is all set to add another feather to her cap. She will inaugurate Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Pavilion at Cannes this year. The actor will be a part of the inaugural session ‘Indian Cinema: Opportunities & Synergies with Global Cinema’.

Mallika will be gracing the session as a speaker along with H.E. Mr. Arun Kumar Singh, Indian Ambassador to France and Mr Ashok Amritraj, Hollywood Producer & Chairman, CII Cannes Initiative. The session will also include the likes of Mr. Resul Pookutty, Oscar winning Sound Designer, Mr Jerome Paillard, Executive Director, Marche Du Film, Ms Aditi Das Rout, Director General, Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC) and Mr. Sudhir Mishra, Film Maker.

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for the twelfth consecutive year, will co-ordinate the participation of producers, film makers and States of  India at the Cannes Film Market from 14 – 23 May 2014. Indian state governments, film makers and services experts will be part of the booth space and CII’s aim is to get maximum business for the Indian Media and Entertainment industry by facilitating global opportunities. This will be Mallika Sherawat's 5th year at the Cannes film festival. The actor will soon be seen in CBS hit series Hawaii Five-O.
