Encounter is all set to take your weekends to a new pulsating ride with another action packed episode featuring versatile actors Vishal Karwal and Akshay Dogra in new avatars! The upcoming episode will narrate the encounter of Ramya, an underworld don from Byculla Company who was known for extortions, murders, etc. in Mumbai. The  Byculla company had just one mission and that was to rule over Mumbai. In their ultimate mission for power. The gang eliminated whoever came into their way as an obstacle. An unfaithful gang member helps Mumbai police and this unexpected betrayal leads to Ramya’s encounter.

Talking about his experience on portraying the character of Ramya, Akshay Dogra stated, “I am essaying the role of a cold blooded killer popularly known as Ramya; a mastermind of his gang which was started with two of his best friends. My experience of shooting for Encounter has been great. Specially working with the veteran director Shantaram who is known to be a perfectionist. Apart from him all my co-stars Raj Singh, Vishal Karwal and Vishal Thakkar were fun to work with we really had a blast shooting together.

Vishal Karwal the face who stole hearts of many is back on television after a long hiatus with the role of a police officer Vikas Sawant. Commenting on his association with the show, Vishal Karwal says “I am playing the role of a fearless inspector in the show, who comes from a humble background and has the complexity of solving this case, as his own brother is involved with the underworld gangsters. Working for Encounter has been excellent . I have always done chocolate-boy roles and for the first time I will be seen in a character which is very different from my previous roles. I chose this show as my comeback on television because of its unique concept and the character offered to me was very exciting. It was great shooting with the entire cast and crew of the show and I am really looking forward to audiences reaction.”

The episode will also feature some of the renowned names from the small screen like Raj Singh, Vishal Thakkar to name a few.

Recently we caught both the gorgeous ladies taking a quick beauty sleep on the sets of their daily soap Ekk Nayi Pehchaan. A little birdie from sets informed us that after a long shoot the beauties finally got some rest and to they decide to optimise their breaks by taking a small powernap. Knowing the two actresses dedication and hardworking nature the crew made sure not to disturb them.

Celebrated Choreographer Sandip Soparrkar arrives at Cannes Film Festival
67th Cannes Film Festival begins with a grand opening, all stars lining up one after another to walk the most talked about red carpet in the world. Representing the Bollywood Dance community at the French Riviera is renowned choreographer Sandip Soparrkar, who arrived in full style in knee length tan boots at the JW Marriott Hotel.
This is Sandip’s second outing at Cannes Film Festival, last year too he made heads turn at the red carpet with his better half actress - super model Jesse Randhawa, this year the leggy model was to make an appearance too along with her talented husband but they did not seem to arrive together.
After arriving Sandip headed straight to meet Oscar Winner Resul Pookutty and was seen having animated conversation with the Academy Award winner, is there a dance and music extravaganza in the pipeline we wonder, joining them was actor turned director Kamal Sadanah as well.
Sandip will be at Cannes walking the red carpet for five nights in ‘More Mischief’ designs by Deepak Shah, Jewellery by Dev Balani of Malkish Jewels and watches by Shilpa Choksi of ‘Marigold Watches.’
