Saif, Riteish and Ram develop a new-found respect for women

Displaying Image 1.JPG
It took four days to film the song ‘Khol De Dil Ki Khidki’ where Saif, Riteish and Ram Kapoor pretend to be women for the forthcoming laugh riot ‘Humshakals’. Apart from the fun and frolic and length of the shoot sequence, turning into women made the actors view women in a whole new light, that of respect and some bit of wonder. The entire song sequence required all three actors to don exotic, feminine get ups, which in turn involved long hours of waxing body hair, trying on new outfits and getting styled, buffed and polished just like beauty conscious women tend to do!  Getting their chests and legs waxed was the toughest part of this preparation.
“I have dressed up as a woman for the first time for a film, and now I have developed a new found respect for women for all the preparations they have to go through," says Saif who plays the role of three Kishore in the film.
Thanks to Sajid and his mad cap brand of humor, the entire shoot sequence at an exotic beach of Mauritius turned out to be so much fun and laughter for the crew and the actors that he decided to complete the song in four days instead of a packed three days shoot.

“I am really thankful to Saif, Riteish and Ram for being such great sports. It was only after I went to Saif’s green room to narrate his sequence and saw him dressed as woman, I simply could not stop laughing as it was such a hilarious sight," admits Sajid. He was also informed later on by his crew members that few of the locals who had gathered to see the shooting of the song could not stop hitting upon the female avatar of Saif and Riteish.
The shooting of the song also brought out the comical side of Saif as he often teased Ritiesh, on the sets, of being the best female co-star he has ever worked with. In the song sequence Ram Kapoor gets to romance his own feminine self, and Saif and Riteish romance each other, typical of the hilarious confusion that Humshakals promises to deliver.
“The entire make up process was very tedious as it required sitting in straight positions to get our waxing done apart from the rigmarole of changing into women’s attire for the shoot”, says Riteish who plays the role of three Kumars in the film.
At the same location, the three actors were also inundated with numerous requests from local people for photographs but they all were turned down as Saif, Riteish and Ram were apprehensive in revealing their look. They later on obliged by removing their wig and getting themselves photographed in their funny avatars.
With striking visuals which promises guffaws and chuckles by the dozen, the three madcaps dance and romance each other’s girl versions to the song sung by Mika Singh.
Well talk about taking romance to another level altogether!
Humshakals to release on 20th June, 2014

'OLA OLA OLAY' - A Tribute to FIFA Anthem song from India to Brazil and a Musical Salute to World Cup Football in Brazil 2014

World Cup Football in Brazil commences on 12th July (130 am IST) in Rio De Janeiro with Brazil vs. Croatia and the finale will be held on 12th July 2014, a month long football saga.
“I take pride to sing this song 'Ola Ola Ole ' FIRST TIME FROM INDIA for FIFA which is a 'Tribute from India to Brazil ' since I hail from both Indian and Brazilian origin as my roots”
The song is a fusion of Portuguese, Spanish, English and Hindi languages with an amazing Samba and Tabla/Harmonium rhythm and House sound.
The significant behind the word and my latest song 'Ola' means 'Hello ' and 'Olay' means 'Victory sound’.
THE WHOLE SONG IS CONCEPTUALIZED IN MADRID , SPAIN AND NTEROI , BRAZIL( WHERE I HAIL FROM )  AND RECORDED IN COLLABORATION WITH STUDIOS IN MUMBAI , INDIA AND RIO  DE JANEIRO , BRAZIL .
Carlyta Mouhini Indo Brazilian singer for her album 'Ola Ola Olay' (Hello Victory) A Musical Gift for FIFA Sung and Composed by Carlyta Mouhini
I feel elated and glad that the concept of the song is appreciated.
We feel incoherent that India being a vast country of 1 .2 Billion people and we are unable to produce Indian Football Team in the qualifying World Cup Football elimination rounds. That’s a Bitter Fact!
So I thought that we will balance it by presenting 'Our Own FIFA Song - Ola Ola Olay ‘to Brazil alongside Shakira’s 'I dare you' OR J Lo's 'World is One ' for our media sports segment. Although both the songs are amazing in their own way as official FIFA songs, there is always room for another one, especially from India. And my concept took a deep twist as my Latin Brazilian and Indian deep rooted blood called me musically to design the song!
The following is a compilation of the song 'Ola Ola Olay'
Alongside the exclusive features on the above synopsis   , I can also present an  'All around informative and interactive session on Inter Cultural Tourism , Sports , Language, Music , Trade , Sport Exchange Programmes by Brazilian/ Latin American footballers playing in the leading Football Clubs in Kolkata and Goa ,Club managers and Indian football players as I am closely associated with Brazil India Business Council ( BIBC )  and our Brazil /Latin Consulates in India and Indian Consulates in Latin America .
Since Brazil is a football crazy country like parts of India  which includes Kolkata and Goa primarily and many Brazilian footballers are an integral part of the leading football clubs in Bengal and Goa , we can have a wonderful segment on 'Brazil India Sync ' during the WCF from June 14th to July 14th 2014 ' .
India (Goa) and Brazil being Portuguese colonies as a common link, we can thread a beautiful interactive session for the readers around that.
Looking forward to an apt launch of 'Ola Ola Olay ' song - A Tribute FIFA Anthem song from India to Brazil and a Musical Salute to World Cup Football in Brazil 2014.
