Salman Khan steps in to help edit Nikhil Dwivedi's Tamanchey

Superstar Salman Khan who shares a warm equation with actor/producer Nikhil Dwivedi recently went out of his way to help edit Nikhil's upcoming gritty ,intense love story Tamanchay also starring Richa Chadda.
Salman who saw great potential in the film ,took time out of his busy schedule and decided to sit on a special edit of the film. Says Salman, "Nikhil is a nice and well-meaning guy. I saw the film and felt that it had potential in its genre, but felt that some portions needed to be trimmed. Sometimes we actors become megalomaniacs, where we let the film be long and the director also feels that isko kaatoonga toh isko bura lagega, so they keep it loose. So, it is actually our duty as actors to have it edited tightly".
Presented by Fashion TV Films and produced by Suryaveer Sigh Bhullar, ‘Tamanchey’ starring Nikhil Dwivedi and Richa Chadda, is slated to release on the 19th September 2014.

Despite Being Pitted Against Big Production Houses, ‘Amit Sahni Ki List’ Sees A Steady Growth At The Box Office

Virr Das starrer ‘Amit Sahni Ki List’, a rom-com revolving around a young man’s quest for true love, which released this weekend, seems to have done quite well for itself, despite being pitted against two big releases.
Though ‘Hate Story 2’ and ‘Pizza’, both films backed by big production houses, released on the same day as Amit Sahni Ki List’, the rom-com has not been overshadowed by the revenge drama and the thrill-chill fare.
Despite having a modest budget and a release in only 350 screens as opposed to the general practice to releasing a film in around 900-1200 screens, ‘Amit Sahni Ki List’ has seen a steady growth at the box office.
A hilarious take on dating and relationships, Amit Sahni Ki List, which also starred Vega Tamotia, Anindita Nayar and Kavi Shastri, revolved around a quirky investment banker’s quest for true love and the film is being much appreciated for its light-hearted treatment, great music, superb performances and effective humour quotient.
Producer Tina Nagpaul said, “We are extremely delighted at the response that the film has got in theatres. We always believed in our film and it is heartening to see the kind of positive response the film is getting.”

Young actor and lead Tony Revolori has revealed his experience whilst shooting 'The Grand Budapest Hotel' saying that Ralph Fiennes taught him to how to kiss.
“It still seems surreal that I was in this film. I still don’t quite believe I did it.Being around these actors all day was a dream for me. And then we would have dinner every night, and I’d be sitting there with Edward Norton to my right, Jeff Goldblum to the left, Ralph Fiennes opposite with Saoirse Ronan and Bill Murray.  And then Owen Wilson and Wes Anderson at the end. It was amazing. But I was nervous about doing the kissing scene with Saoirse Ronan, so I asked Ralph Fiennes for advice. He looks at me, stares at me for a bit, smiles and says, ‘Well, you tell her - I’m sorry if I get aroused, and I’m sorry if I don’t.’  It made me laugh which was exactly what I needed.” Said the rising star.
