Star-studded birthday bash for Melissa Pais

Actor Melissa Pais brought in her birthday at Vicky Tejwani's Levo Lounge with close friends. Besides Vicky Tejwani who palyed the perfect host, Sunil Grover, kavita Kaushik, Shruti Tejwani, Sameer Kochhar, Kiku Sharda, Ali Asgar, Rashmi Desai, Gautam Rode, Ravi Behl, Ravi Dubey, Preety Bhalla, Rajesh Kumar, Dr. Siddharth Khosla, Kiran and Ritu Jhanjani, Mudasir Ali, Divyanka Tripathi, Ami Trivedi, Rajiv Thakur, Vinod Singh, Tapasya Nayak, Deepu Paul among many others were present. Kavita Kaushik regaled the audiences with her stories while Sunil Grover took to the dance floor from the beginning, enjoying every moment. Ali Asgar and Kiku Sharda wished Melissa and got home early while Sameer Kochhar, Vicky Tejwani, Sunil Grover, Ravi Dubey, Kavita Kaushik amogn others danced till they could party no more. The evening was dotted with musical performances by Preety Bhalla, Mudasir Ali and Sameer Kochhar who surprisingly was as interesting a singer as the rest. Kavita Kaushik joined in but the finale went to Sunil Grover who sang his own version of a popular number and had the audiences in splits.

Meinu Ek Ladki Chaahiye releases on 26th September, 2014

And will the culprits be brought to the book? Meinu Ek Ladki Chaahiye will answer all these questions.

The first song of the much-awaited film, "Finding Fanny" is released.

One of the most anticipated films of the year Finding Fanny launched their first song. The song titles Fanny Re was launched by Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor at a suburban hotel in Mumbai.The launch saw a live performance by the Music Director Mathias Duplessy, where the dancers dawned the masks of all the characters from the film. Alos, and additional track Shake Your Bootiya composed by Sachin -Jigar was performed. This was a suprise act, as the video wasnt revealed. The song titled "Fanny Re" features all the main characters of the comedy flick, including Arjun Kapoor, Padukone, Naseeruddin Shah, Pankaj Kapur and Dimple Kapadia. The track appears quite quirky with all the actors dancing crazily to the funny beat.It has been composed by Mathias Duplessy, and sung by Mukhtiyar Ali. The video is choreographed by popular dance master Shiamak Davar.Produced by Maddock Films and presented by Fox Star Studios. Release date - Sept 12.

Ajay Devgn to present a Marathi periodic drama Vitti Dandu and this makes his foray in Regional Cinema

Marathi cinema has creatively and successfully evolved over the years, and this is the first time that Ajay Devgn would be venturing into Marathi Cinema, Ajay Devgn's production house will be be presenting a periodic drama film called 'Vitti Dandu' which is slated to release by the end of the year.

Vitti Dandu is a periodic drama which revolves around the triumph of love for the country over attachments for a loved one, this story is about the relationship between a Grandfather and Grand Son and stars Dilip Prabhavalkar, Ravindra Mankani, Yatin Karyekar, Radhika Deore (child artist), Nishant Bhavsar (Child Artist), Shubhankar Aatre (Child Artist), Mrunal Thakur and Ashok Samarth.

The much talked case of Manjunath was once again in limelight when the movie titled Manjunath, based on his real life story got released in theatres. It is an inspiring biopic based on the life of a fearless individual who was killed battling the corrupt oil mafia in the remote villages of UP. One day Manjunath goes missing after he realizes that there exists a large scale adulteration of fuel. Even after several threats to his life, Manjunath is undeterred and decides to uncover the truth and fight for justice.

But his voice was silenced - He was shot dead on duty for doing what was right. Will his sacrifice be just a headline or will justice prevail? Will Manjunath’s story inspire you to take a stand for what is right? These are the questions that we need to ask ourselves today.
