Subhash Ghai along entertainment professionals Inspire students in Delhi

  

It was a full house at Muktadhara Auditorium in Delhi as youth and students from across the city gathered for an insightful session with industry experts. This was part of the Inspiration 2014, the pan-Indiaseries of media knowledge seminars organised by media & communication students from Whistling Woods International, one of the top 10 film schools of the world by Hollywood Reporter.

Open to students across colleges, this was the fourth year of the nation-wide series. The event witnessed industry professionals like Subhash Ghai – (Filmmaker | Founder & Chairman, WWI), Rahul Puri (MD, Mukta Arts Pvt Ltd | Head of Academics, WWI), Abhay Gupta (Founder & CEO, Luxury Connect), Vartika Nanda (Writer|Journalist), Ankur Kalra (CEO, Vibgyor Brand Services PVT. LTD.) and Priya Sachdev (Director & Creative Director, TSG International Marketing PVT. LTD) conducting an insightful session. The panelists discussed opportunities and career scopes in the media and entertainment industry with the young audience.

Subhash Ghai Puri, Founder & Chairman, WWI, said, “Delhi is full of talent. Every profession requires proper training to enhance skills and learn the technicalities and understand the basics. Therefore, whoever is planning a career in media and entertainment; should firstly pursue formal training and education.”

Young Achiever Gautam Sinha, the mind behind Nappa Dori, a brand that designs unique leather accessories and was felicitated by the institute for his achievements. In its fourth year, Inspiration 2014 has traveled across 7 cities starting from Ahmedabad and moving on to Kolkata, Pune, Guwahati, Delhi, Jaipur and Chennai to inspire students to do what they love.

On the occasion of being invited to be a part of the panel, Vartika Nanda, Writer & Journalist, said, “It’s a pleasure to share my experience and knowledge that I have gained from the industry with students. Bunty caught in a fix in Hum Hai Na!

 

Sagarika is helping Bunty find a match for Ratna. She needs her picture for it but Bunty doesnt have one. So without telling anyone at home, Bunty brings Ratna to the photo studio to get her pictures clicked. On the other hand Babuji needs Pintu’s  passport size photo for filling some forms and ends up coming to the same photo studio where Bunty Sagarika and Ratna are present. Madhu calls Bunty and informs him not to step out or they all will be caught.

Itti Si Khushi premieres tonight at 8pm on Sony Entertainment Television

Sony Entertainment Television’s new show – Itti Si Khushi is about a 26 year old girl who comes out of coma after 12 years. The first episode will see the entire family excitedly gearing up to welcome Neha home. But when she returns she finds everything different and changed. Though she is extremely happy meeting everyone, she is surprised to see her room beautifully kept yet changed. On seeing her sister Akansha, Neha insists on meeting with her childhood crush Aman.  Although her family refuses, the mischievous Neha doesn’t listen to anyone and sneaks out of the house quietly in search of Aman. While everyone is worried, she is having fun wandering in the market on her own where she bumps into Aman
