Writer and producer of film Fuddu are facing abusive onslaught from National award winning screenwriter Manoj Tyagi

Fuddu, produced under the banner of Mahima Productions (a division of Jagson Group) by Pradeep Gupta, just came out with its first look poster and invited abusive repercussion from well known film writer Manoj Tyagi, who has films like Heroine, Page 3, Apharan, Jail, Mumbai Salsa and twice over national Award to his credit. Comments the Story, Screenplay, Dialogues writer & Associate Producer of Fuddu Pawan Kumar Sharma, “We have filed an FIR against Manoj Tyagi as he is calling over and over again and sending messages with abuses and threatening that he will kick me out of the industry. Not only this, he gets drunk and then he calls late at night repeatedly and starts abusing Pradeep ji and me. This is really unethical way to talk and not at all professional especially when you are of the same field! His language is really very dirty and sick.” The FIR is filed at Sansad marg Police station, Palika Kendra.
This entire episode began because of the old association of Manoj Tyagi and producer Pradeep Gupta. Intially, he had signed Manoj Tyagi with an initial payment of Rs 5 lakhs via cheque, to write the story of Sarabarjit Singh for his first Bollywood venture. However, in the meantime Subhash Ghai met Sarabjit’s sister, bought the rights for his story and announced his film. Naturally Pradeep Gupta’s project with Manoj Tyagi was shelved and work on Fuddu began. Tyagi wanted to adjust the payment against second film but realized that its story and screenplay is already done by Pawan, hence he turned aggressive and abusive.

Fuddu is the story of emotional turmoil face by a boy who has just arrived from Banaras to Mumbai city. After his marriage he finds it difficult to accept the reality of an entire family sharing only one room. His entire world tilts upside down when his wife, whom he had loved the most, leaves him for reasons which are untrue. His family too discards him and disrespects him. Will he succeed in getting his love back in his life?

The trailer of Dharma Productions' Ungli a sleek, edgy, vigilante drama starring Emraan Hashmi, Kangana Ranaut, Randeep Hooda and Sanjay Dutt in lead roles, will be attached to Bang Bang, out in theaters on Oct 2nd. Apart from a great window to reach out to audiences, Gandhi Jayanti seems to be a fitting day for the trailer to be out in theatres since the film is an interesting and modern day take on Gandhisms.
Going by the information that is out there, Ungli is contemporary take on our country’s core beliefs. Emraan's character in the film, Nikhil, also draws some interesting comparisons between the two thought processes. Like Gandhi, the Ungli gang believes that one should not use one's fists in this fight. Just the middle finger.
