Amitabh Bachchan gifted  moments to cherish to Mary Kom singer Preety Bhalla when she went to seek his blessings with singer Illana Segev and husband Deepu Paul at his residence of Bachchan's birthday Not only did the superstar bless them, but he took time out, asked her to sing for him and heard and appreciated the songs that left the singer teary-eyed. "I am touched," says an emotional Preety Bhalla. As for Bachchan, he has touched the life of the singer and given her a birthday gift to cherish. Never mind if it was his birthday!

Movie lovers across the globe have been waiting with bated breath for what could be Ben Affleck's best role till date in David Finchers Gone Girl.

Indian fans can now rejoice as this festive season Gone Girl is in theaters!! The movie will release on Diwali 23rd October post a phenomenal american box office opening and rave reviews by expert critics. With staggering positive reviews the movie has already got bumper box office numbers in us and uk territories with numbers expected to grow even further.

Gone Girl, based on a best-selling novel by Gillian Flynn, earned strong reviews from critics, with an 87 percent positive rating on review aggregation website Rotten Tomatoes.

Affleck stars as a writer who is caught in a media circus when his wife goes missing and the police suspect he is responsible. Rosamund Pike plays his wife.

It stars Ben Affleck, Rosamund Pike,Neil Patrick Harris, Tyler Perry, and Carrie Coon. The film had its world premiere on opening night of the 52nd New York Film Festival on September 26, 2014. It had its american theatrical release on October 3 and received positive reviews from critics.

The film examines dishonesty, the media, the economy's effects on marriage, and appearances.

The film opened the 52nd New York Film Festival, receiving high profile press coverage and early positive reviews. ComingSoon.net predicted an opening weekend box office take of $30–35 million, possibly higher, and that the film would be a $100 million hit.

Gone Girl is based on the best-selling novel by US author Gillian Flynn and is directed by David Fincher, the film-maker behind The Social Network and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

Published in 2012, Flynn's novel has sold more than six million copies. Earlier this year, she was commissioned by the Hogarth Shakespeare project to rewrite The Bard's tragedy Hamlet.

When AB charmed the leads of Humsafars and Hum Hai Na

 

The entire nation is in awe of Amitabh Bachchan and can do anything to meet the legend. During the recent Kaun Banega Crorepati Event in Raipur the lead stars of Sony Entertainment Television’s shows Humsafars’- Harshad Chopra and Shivya Pathania and Hum Hai Na - Pratyusha Banerjee and Kanwar Dhillon, got the opportunity of a lifetime. The lead stars were part of the event where they performed on the song - Desh Mera Rangeela. Joining the actors on stage was AB who added his own charm to the act. Nervous to share the same stage as Mr. Bachchan, the four actors couldn’t contain their excitement and were overjoyed with the chance to dance with AB.

 Speaking about their experience, Harshad Chopra, said, “Mr. Bachchan is someone who all the actors look up to and I am no different. It was a dream come true moment that I could share the same stage with him. The people of Raipur were also very warm and showered us with a lot of love. It was an amazing experience in all.”

Sharing his excitement Kanwar Dhillon said, “I am a huge fan of Mr. Bachchan. I have grown up watching all his movies. Meeting him again and performing with him was a surreal experience. I will always cherish this memory. I hope I get more chances to interact with him.”

Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi’s is all set to release his next film ZED PLUS on 21^st November 2014. Known for directing the 1991 television epic Chanakya in which he also played the title role of the political strategist Chanakya. His other major work is the 2003 the highly acclaimed and national award winning film Pinjar, a tragic love story set amidst the Hindu-Muslim tensions during the Partition of India, based on Amrita Pritam’s novel of the same name. He has also directed the 1996 television series Miryunjay which is based on the life of Karana, from the epic Mahabharat, and he won a Screen Videocon Best Director award for the same. His recent show Upanishad Ganga was also received very well. 

Zed Plus is story is set in contemporary India in a small town of Rajasthan. A coalition Government, troubled by corruption and communalism, is on the verge of collapsing due to in fights of the coalition partners. All the ministers are making efforts to save the government. But still…..it appears that Government will fall.

In this time of political crisis the Prime Minister gets a call from one of his coalition partners who offers him the “perfect solution”. The solution is that Prime Minister should visit a Dargah popularly known as Peepal wale peer kee Dargah in Fatehpur - a small town of Rajasthan. Prime Minsister should offer a “chaddar” and bow his head in respect of the peer and Government would be saved. Will a Prime Minister, fighting communalism, visit a Dargah to save his Government

Having exhausted all options, the Prime Minister decides to pay a visit to Peepal wale peer ki Dargah in Fatehpur, Rajasthan. Suddenly a sleeping town wakes up to welcome the Prime Minister.  The Prime Minister visits the Peepal wale peer kee dargah and “Luck by Chance” he meets a puncturewala – Aslam.

The highest authority of the country meets the lowest denominator of the society. Some strange conversation follows between a Prime Minister and a puncturewala and entire nation is surprised to learn that a puncture wala has been given Zed security by the Prime Minister!
