NMMC promotes healthy eating habits among Kids at Navi Mumbai Food Festival 2016 Obesity and Diabetes increasing at an alarming rate among kids 2.5K Health Conscious Citizens going to Navi Mumbai Food Festival

Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) is organising a food festival to promote cultural ties and healthy eating habits among kids and adults.
The Food Festival at Navi Mumbai is the first ever initiative by the Honourable Mayor Shri. Mr. Sudhakar Sambhaji Sonvane to promote healthy eating habits among the citizens.  The forthcoming Food Festival is being held at CBD Belapur on February 11 to February 14, 2016. 
“With lifestyle disorders percolating deep in our society, the lifestyle has changed and has raised an alarming concern about obesity and diabetes among kids. This initiative invites vigilant citizens to reckon eating habit disorder and save our children, our future,” says Navi Mumbai Mayor Shri. Sudhakar Sambhaji Sonvane.
The festival will feature and exhibit more than 100 food, craft stands, live performances by musicians and dancers. Among the food stalls, first time ever the festival will showcase – Organic Food and workshops, the festival will exhibit and conduct workshops to promote and teach some healthy cooking and eating habits among the citizens.
“The Navi Mumbai Food Festival 2016 is a platform to unite different cultures at the Food Festival and promote young entrepreneurs and home makers-bakers. Along with the initiative to encourage healthy eating habits, the NMFF 2016 initiates cultural ties,” adds Nehal Thakkar, Founder, Madea Creative House, the official event partner for Navi Mumbai Food Festival.

‘Ishq Forever’ Actor Krishna Chaturvedi Bagged The Lead Role Through Facebook!

If you thought uploading your best pictures on your Facebook page was an utter waste of time, this story shall definitely change your mind. Buzz has it that actor Krishna Chaturvedi, who will be seen making his acting debut in ‘Ishq Forever’, bagged the lead role after producer Shabeer Boxwala saw him on Facebook!
Confirming the news, Boxwala said, “We had auditioned many actors for the lead role, but couldn’t narrow down on any particular person. Finally, one fine day, I came across Krishna’s profile on Facebook and immediately felt that this young man is my protagonist. As I have written the story myself, I had a certain image of the protagonist in my mind and Krishna fit it perfectly. So I messaged him and asked him to meet me for an audition and the rest, as they say, is history.”
Produced by Ajay Shah, Harry Gandhi and Shabeer Boxwala under their banner Friday Cine Entertainment, ‘Ishq Forever’ is a love story in the tradition of ‘It Happened One Night’, ‘Jab We Met’ and ‘Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahi’ where the boy and the girl meet on a journey that changes their lives. The film, which has been directed by Sameer Sippy, is slated to release on January 29.

Bajirao Mastani weekend release

Eros International and Bhansali Productions’ Bajirao Mastani captivates the imagination of critics & audiences and takes worldwide box-office by storm
Garners an excellent Rs. 90.80 crore worldwide in its opening weekend, with a gross box office of Rs. 60.80 crores in India and Rs. 30 crore overseas 
Eros International Media Ltd, a leading global company in the Indian film entertainment industry released its latest Bajirao Mastani to thundering applause and rave reviews from critics and fans worldwide. The film is at number 10 in the Top Ten US box office charts and number 7 on the UK charts. Bajirao Mastanihas grossed a fantastic $1.7 million for the weekend in the USA. Eros released Bajirao Mastani across 3750 screens worldwide and expects showcasing to further increase to meet demand in the next week.

Naseeruddin Shah & Arshad Warsi together for 'Irada

Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi shared great camaraderie in Ishqiya and Dedh Ishiqya. The two talented actors who have given some power packed performances in the past, will soon be back on the silver screen together in a film titled 'Irada' 
The man behind getting these two actors together who will be pitted against each other is none other than lyricist Sameer Anjaan. The film revolves around a social issue and will be helmed by debutant directors Aparna Singh, Nishant Tripathi.
The movie is presented by Irada Entertainment and produced by Falguni Patel and Prince Soni and slated to release in winter 2016. 

Sunny Leone gets mobbed on the sets of Mastizaade in Bangkok

Sunny Leone will be next seen in a double role as Laila and Lily Lele in Milap Zaveri’s adult comedy Mastizaade also starring Tusshar Kapoor and Vir Das.
While shooting a hot and steamy car wash song sequence on a beach in Bangkok, the gorgeous actress was shocked to see thousands of people gathered to watch her groove to Rom Rom Romantic, a naughty, playful and wicked song from the original soundtrack sung by Mika Singh, composed by Amaal Mallik and choreographed by Mudassar Khan.
The minute Sunny landed on set in her stunning bikini ready to hose down the bright red sports car, the crowd started shouting her name repeatedly which left her hugely surprised and ecstatic! Little did she know that she has such a massive fan following in Thailand!
These people were not just Sunny’s Indian fans touring Bangkok but also foreign tourists and local residents who went literally berserk seeing their favourite star dance right in front of their eyes. This was a once in a lifetime opportunity and Sunny obliged each of her fans with autographs and selfies once the shoot for the day was over.
In the final picturisation of the song, the audience will notice huge groups of people gathered around Sunny cheering her on, clapping in the air and literally singing along with her almost like they were at a rock concert!
The crowds were so uncontrollable that the production team didn’t have any choice but to invite each one of Sunny’s fans to be a part of the shoot and sing and dance along. They didn’t even have to call for any junior artists on the day since all the real Sunny fans automatically filled the frame. Each one of these fans will be pleasantly surprised when they see themselves on screen once the movie releases.
Milap informs, “We had a sexy and fun car wash sequence to shoot in Pattaya with smoking hot Sunny in a stunning bikini! Naturally the crowd and onlookers went BESERK! We had very little time to shoot it and leave because the crowd started to mob Sunny! The sequence is one of the highlights of the film and will make everyone want to wash their cars immediately!”
