MAAY MARATHI a new Marathi channel launched.

Between hundreds of various channels containing entertainment, news, music, sports and various material for audience, a innovative step has been taken by Manoj Kore Media House Pvt. Ltd by introducing a new channel “MAAY MARATHI” which is 24 X 7 News & Entertainment TV Channel on 24th April 2016 at Hotel The Orchid in Mumbai. This channel aims at satisfying intellectual, educational, socio-cultural, eco-political needs of all who love Maharashtra and Marathi. The channel will be having various types of programs, like daily soaps, news, entertainment, etc. Channel will come on air by end of May 2016.

Mr, Manoj Jagannath Kore is Chairman of this channel, he has been a partner of m/s Sushila Builders & Developers, and this was his dream to launch a channel for those who loves Maharashtra and Marathi. He said the word “MAAY” indicates blessings of mother. An experienced Mr.Sagun is CEO of this channel. Mr. Nandkumar Vengurlekar a renowned journalist from ‘Navakal’ and ‘Sandhyakal’ also having experience of 25 year in journalism is Chief Editor of this channel. Mr Abhas Patil also a renowned name in journalism is Executive News Editor of “MAAY MARATHI”.

 Beside media many prominent personalities from different fields like Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, Vijay Gokhale, Bhushan Kode, actress Suhas Joshi, Bharat Kumar Raut (Ex MP), Vinayak Pathrudkar of Lokmat and many more were present on this occasion.

CHANNEL V's ISHQ UNPLUGGED MUSIC VIDEO

The fiction show which launched on 7th March on Channel V this year, promises to be the most unique and interesting concept for the youth who are always mesmerized by the glamour of singing reality shows. The new show aptly titled “ISHQ UNPLUGGED” is a love story between two contestants of a singing reality show. The romance between two completely opposite characters plays out on the backdrop of the singing reality show which they want to win for their own reasons. Mandy and Antara, the two main leads of the show have definitely stolen the hearts of the youth by their phenomenal singing talent in the show. They continue to do so by the introduction of their new video which goes on air on Monday, April 25th 2016. The new look of this tune is not only just the title track but also seems to be the new anthem for the young audience. Since Ishq Unplugged is a music based show, to encapsulate the essence of the show, the music video is created to describe the journey and anxiety of the protagonists in the show, namely Mandy and Antara. Fancy outdoor locations, quirky looks, funky dressing and the incredible band playing are indeed a few more highlights of the track. Having Mandy and Antara come from very diverse backgrounds and having entirely opposite personalities makes it interesting to see them sing and perform together; turn out of which is a beautiful music video. It shows their love-hate relationship very evidently. All we need to wait and see now is if this new amalgamation of the two leads mounts to something more than just co-singing with each other?

Are Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh new Ram Lakhan !

In 1989, Subhash Ghai directed film Ram Lakhan was released. This film was third highest grosser film on box office. It had collected about 9 cr. on the box office. Actor Jacky Shroff and Anil Kapoor have reprised character of Ram and Lakhan respectively. After this film, Anil Kapoor and Jacky Shroff pair became very popular among viewers. among viewers. Madhuri Dixit, Dimple Kapadia, Anupam Kher, Satish Shah, Paresh Rawal, Amrish Puri, etc were in supporting role. Now, producer Karan Jauhar is all set to produce the remake of this film. Subhash Ghai’s Mukta Arts will co-produce this film. Ram Lakhan remake will be directed by Rohit Shetty. Rohit Shetty’s Ram and Lakhan will be Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh respectively. So,for the first time Rohit Shetty will direct Shaahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh.
