Roop Durgapal enters Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi

The talented and gorgeous actor Roop Durgapal is all set to join the cast of Sony Entertainment Television’s Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi. The show which has many interesting twists lined up, will see a new turn in its storyline with Roop’s entry. The pretty actor will be seen essaying the character of a simple beautiful girl, Kareena, who will be smitten with the lead protagonist Dev aka Shaheer Sheikh. Confirming the same Roop said, ‘‘Yes, I am entering Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi soon. The main reason why I accepted this role is because I’m getting a chance to play a positive character after a long time. Through this show, I will be able to showcase my versatility. Also, today the characters cannot be determined by the clothes they wear. Even though my look is of a modern girl in the show, she is very much traditional and positive at heart. It is unlike the roles I have played in the past. I am also looking forward to work with Supriya Pilgaonkar and Shaheer Sheikh.”

Delhi's Deputy Chief Minister applauds"Shortcut Safaari"

A special screening of upcoming jungle adventure film Shortcut Safaari starring 7 Children was held in Delhi for 300 plus school principals. Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia was the guest of honour at the screening who was visibly very impressed with the film. Prior to being elected to the Legislative Assembly of Delhi, Sisodia was a social activist and a journalist. This movie took him down the memory lane as he shared, “I have traveled to jungles a lot and in my journalism days I have gone through many safaris and through deep forest areas. Thanks for reminding me of those days.” He further continued, “As an education minister, this film is very important for me because  we have been trying to teach the kids about the environment, the  eco-system and the importance of balancing the nature. And in a very easy to understand way, this film has made them live this. That’s very important for them. I think it has made our jobs easy. The film gives you a first hand experience of being in a safari. It’s a great film,” said Sisodia, who also holds the Finance and Planning, Revenue, Services, Power, Education, Higher Education, Information Technology, Technical Education, Administrative Reforms portfolios in the government of Delhi.Jimmy Sheirgill starrer Shortcut Safari is all set to release on 29th April. This adventure film traces the lives of a few school going kids who get stuck in a dense forest during their outing. Directed by Amitabha Singh, Shortcut Safaari has been screened at various film festivals and applauded a lot for the children's performances. Amitabha Singh has been the DOP on the Oscar nominated The Good Road. Shortcut Safaari features Aashi Rawal, Sharvil Patel, Mann Patel, Ugam Khetani, Stuti Dwivedi, Deah Tandon and Hardil Kanabar. Jointly produced by Xebec Films Pvt. Ltd, Kashyap A Shah & Amigos Fin-o-tainment, Shortcut Safaari aims to deliver a very effective message to conserve Mother Nature.

The mercury was at its all-time high in Delhi when Bollywood’s hottest diva Sunny Leone made an appearance at the K-Lounge store in Noida. Accompanying her was co-star Tanuj Virwani who were visiting the store to promote their upcoming film ‘One Night Stand’.

शाहरुख़ खान, जब फैन की शूटिंग कर ही रहे थे, उस समय उनसे  दो फिल्मकारों आनंद एल राय और इम्तियाज़ अली ने अपनी अपनी फिल्मों की स्क्रिप्ट के साथ संपर्क किया।  खान को दोनों ही स्क्रिप्ट पसंद आई और उन्होंने दोनों ही फिल्मों  को हां कर दी।  फिर यह खबर आई कि शाहरुख़ खान ने आनंद एल राय को तैयार रहने की हरी झंडी दे दी है ।  अब जबकि, फैन रिलीज़ हो चुकी है। खान रईस के पोस्ट प्रोडक्शन में व्यस्त हैं। ताज़ा खबर यह है कि शाहरुख़ खान ने आनंद एल राय के बजाय इम्तियाज़ अली की फिल्म पहले शूट करने का निर्णय लिया है।  रईस का काम ख़त्म करने के बाद वह इम्तियाज़ अली की फिल्म शुरू कर देंगे।  इसके लिए उन्होंने तारीखें भी दे दी हैं।  आखिर शाहरुख़ खान ने राय के ऊपर अली को क्यों तरजीह दी।  जबकि फिल्मों की सफलता के लिहाज़ से आनंद एल राय का रिकॉर्ड ज़्यादा अच्छा है।  उन्होंने तनु वेड्स मनु, रांझणा और तनु वेड्स मनु रिटर्न्स जैसी लगातार हिट फ़िल्में दी है।  इस समबन्ध में सूत्र बताते हैं कि इम्तियाज़ अली की स्क्रिप्ट शूटिंग करने के लिहाज़ से बिलकुल तैयार है।  जबकि आनंद एल राय को अभी इस पर काम करना है। इसलिए शाहरुख़ खान ने इम्तियाज़ अली को तारीखें अलॉट कर दी।  अब वह राय की फिल्म अली की फिल्म की शूटिंग पूरी होने के बाद करेंगे।  इम्तियाज़ अली की फिल्म परंपरागत रोमांस फिल्म है।  इस फिल्म में शाहरुख़ खान तीसरी बार अनुष्का शर्मा के नायक बनेंगे।  आनंद एल राय की फिल्म कमोबेश एक प्रयोगात्मक फिल्म है।  इस फिल्म में शाहरुख़ खान एक बौने व्यक्ति का किरदार करेंगे।  अभी फैन में प्रयोग कर खान अपना हाथ जला बैठे है।  फैन को समीक्षकों की सराहना तो खूब मिली।  पर दर्शक नहीं मिली।  लगातार १०० करोडिया फिल्म दे रहे खान की यह पहली फिल्म है जो बॉक्स ऑफिस पर १०० करोड़ नहीं कमा सकी।  इसलिए, स्वाभाविक है कि शाहरुख़ खान राय की फिल्म में बौने का किरदार को प्रयोगात्मक रिस्क न लेते।
