Nawazuddin Siddiqui in two different looks in Sujoy Ghosh's TE3N

Endemol, Reliance Entertainment, Cinemaa, Kross Pictures and Blue Waters  Motion Pictures, have come together for “TE3N”, an emotional thriller starring Amitabh Bachchan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, with Vidya Balan in a pivotal guest appearance. 

The film, which has Sujoy Ghosh as creative producer and Ribhu Dasgupta as its director, is scheduled for a worldwide release on June 10th, 2016.

Set in Kolkata, TE3N is about a crime that affects its three principal characters. Amitabh Bachchan is John Biswas, a grandfather on the relentless pursuit of justice since eight years. Nawazuddin Siddiqui is Father Martin Das, whose life was changed forever by the same crime that claimed the life of John’s granddaughter. Vidya Balan is Sarita Sarkar, the cop who swings into action when an identical crime is repeated eight years later. TE3N is the emotionally explosive journey of these three people, who find their fates intertwined in their quest for justice and redemption. Scripted by Suresh Nair and Bijesh Jayarajan, with dialogues by Ritesh Shah, the film has a stellar crew behind the scenes with cinematography by Tushar Kanti Ray, music by Clinton Cerejo and action Sham Kaushal.TE3N releases worldwide on June 10th, 2016.

KARISHMA TANNA LAUNCHED ‘MIRAAZ’ FASHION STORE BY SUNENA AND GAGAN IN DELHI!

The ‘Bigg Boss’ fame Karishma Tanna recently landed to Delhi for launching a fashion store ‘Miraaz Fashion’ by Sunena and Gagan.

Launched for the first time in India ‘Miraaz’ fashion store is owned by Rajinder Kumar Chopra, Savita Chopra, Sunena Chopra and Gagan Chopra and is the first of its kind to stock a range of women’s fashion with some unique and distinctive designs in Delhi’s Karol Bagh. Creating a design for the customer is as difficult as making a building that will not fall for years and such is the collection of ‘Miraaz’ fashion store where many big personalities and fashionistas presented the creation by walking the ramp.

Karishma Tanna looked absolutely stunning in the green embroidered gown as she walked the ramp with Kingfisher model Kanchan Tomar, roadies stars and other splitsvillans.

The leggy lass Tanna got so inspired by the collection that she wished her marriage attire to be designed by Sunena and Gagan.

Tanna even quoted "These designs are so impressive. It is like a Mughal collection with a modern feel in it"

“With our designs we try to convert the dreams into reality and that is why we labeled our store as ‘Miraaz’ which is derived from the word Mirage that means dream/hallucination. We try to covert the fairytales into reality to make you feel like a real life princess” said Sunaina.

The designer duo have been have been supplying their designs throughout India and abroad from quite a long and is planning to expand their business in other countries as well.

Mr. Gagan said “Our designs are not restricted to any fashion. In fact, Fashion is something in which you feel comfortable and something which you can carry off effortlessly. You need not to be a Xerox of anyone. Just be yourself and you’re ready for the runway trend.”

Among the stars who attended the launch were Sandeep Marwah, Meenakshi Dutt, Umesh Dutt, Kanchan Tomar(Kingfisher model), Rupa Khurana (queen of reality shows), Kavya (Mtv Roadies fame), Mia Lakra (Splitsvilla fame), Rushali Rai (India's Next Top Model runner up) and many other television stars.

The event turned out to be a glitterati affair. The collection left everyone amazed and the designers were applauded for their exceptional designs.

Anushka Ranjan presents Prerna Award to her mother Anu Ranjan!

Anushka Ranjan, who made her Bollywood debut with Wedding Pullav released last year, hosted Prerna Awards 2016, a yearly event organised by Doordarshan channel on the occasion of Mother’s Day celebrating the unique bond between mother and daughter.

The award ceremony was special for Anushka, as it gave her the opportunity to not just host the entire event along with her mother and philanthropist Anu Ranjan, but she also presented an award to her dearest mother.

Anushka has been the first choice for the award show organisers since she had hosted the New Year’s special for them and they were happy to work with the actress again. Also, they were looking for a real life mother-daughter jodi to host the award ceremony who are doing well in their respective fields.

Prerna Awards is a platform where women who have carved their own identity in various spheres express their gratitude to their mothers for the role they have played in their lives.

Adds Anushka, "It was such an amazing experience. Literally these women were real life heroes doing things we can't even imagine to do and achieving such great heights. Many of the moms were very educated but they had a passion to make sure their daughters made a difference to the world and helped them achieve their dreams. Education or non education isn't the key here. It's a passion and drive and support of your loved ones. After each awardee-hearing their stories would just get tears to mom and my eyes. It was a beautiful beautiful event and I'm proud I was asked to be a part of it." 

The award ceremony will be telecast on Doordarshan on Mother’s Day.
