Randeep Hooda's a MMA fighter now!

Randeep Hooda, who surprised everyone with his incredible weight loss a month back, has yet another dramatic look in store for his fans! The maverick and macho actor will now be seen as a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighter in his upcoming romance-drama film ' Do Lafzon ki Kahani'. 

The actor got a hardcore MMA training in Mumbai itself where experts were called from Bangkok. He worked out and trained for nearly 4 hours a day despite his hectic schedule to get into the skin of his character. To get the best out of him, he was trained under the supervision of India's best MMA fighter Irfan Khan. And whoever has seen few rushes from the film can't stop raving about how convincing Randeep looks as a MMA fighter.Well, we would not be surprised if we hear about him actually participating in a match soon, given his extreme levels of dedication!

सह भूमिकाओं के हरफनमौला सुधीर !

सुधीर एक ऐसे एक्टर थे, जो कभी किसी फिल्म में नायक नहीं बने।  १९५४ में रिलीज़ फिल्म टैक्सी ड्राइवर में वह देव आनंद और कल्पना कार्तिक के साथ छोटी भूमिका में थे।  इसके बाद, २००९ तक उन्होंने कोई २२६ फ़िल्में की।  उन्होंने   चेतन आनंद की वॉर ड्रामा फिल्म हकीकत से दर्शकों का ध्यान खींचा। वह ऐसे एक्टरों में शुमार  हैं, जिन्होंने एक ही टाइटल वाली दो  फिल्मों  में काम किया।  उन्होंने १९७५ की दीवार भी की और २००४ की दीवार भी।   उनकी उल्लेखनीय फिल्मों में प्रेम पत्र, शहीद, एक फूल एक भूल,  महल, प्रेम पुजारी, गैम्बलर, राखी और  हथकड़ी,  छुपा रुस्तम, जोशीला, शरीफ बदमाश, हीरा पन्ना, आदि दसियों फ़िल्में हैं।  उन्होंने देव आनंद और अमिताभ बच्चन की ज़्यादातर फिल्मों में अभिनय किया।  सुधीर ने परदे पर चोर- पुलिस का खेल खूब किया।  वह जहाँ पुलिस कमिश्नर  बने, वहीँ गैंगस्टर के साथी भी बने। हास्य भूमिकाएं भी उन पर खूब फबती थी।  अपनी ख़ास संवाद अदायगी के कारण वह हर रोल में खप गए। भगवानदास मूलचंद लुथरिया के नाम से १३ अप्रैल १९३१ को जन्मे सुधीर की मौत २०१४ में आज ही के दिन मुंबई में हुई थी।  मशहूर फिल्म निर्देशक मिलन लुथरिया उनके  भतीजे हैं।

Saurabbh Roy: From Action to Romance this Guy got it all

Saurabbh Roy who entered Bollywood with the movie “Luv… Phir Kabhi” has started working on his next and will be seen soon in the upcoming movie “A time to love ISHQFEHMIYAAN’. The film is been produced by Amrit Sinha under the banner of Tanay Films International, directed by Shorya Singh. Saurabbh says, “It’s a beautiful love story and he is glad that he got a chance to work with some of the best people in the industry.”

After being a part of BCL and BCL Punjab Saurabbh says, “I am open for all kind of roles and exploring myself more and more as an actor with every successive film. I just want to say that with this movie, be ready for a lot of big surprises. The Script of Ishqfemiyan is so strong that it won’t let you leave the screen even for a second.

”Talking about BCL, Saurabbh said that being a part of BCL was fun. I have also played for Delhi Ranji team. So, it’s always fun when we get chance to roll up our sleeves and hit some sixes. The Format of BCL is tough, but somehow we pull it off. While you can see Saurabh playing in BCL Colors from Pune Anmol Ratan team he is also seen hitting some big shots in BCL Punjab which will give you a glimpse of Punjab where he says that his team Royal Patialvi is filled with some great Punjabi singers. It's going to telecast on 9x Tashan and 28th May is the date when action begins.

The actor best remembered for his roles are as ‘Mahesh Babu’ in ‘Amita Ka Amit’ and ‘Draupad’ in ‘Mahabharata.’ He was also seen in Khatron Ke Khiladi Torchar 4 with Smita Bansal along with a lot of print and tv commercials

जब संजय दत्त बने 'रॉकी'

आज के दिन संजय दत्त का स्क्रीन डेब्यू हुआ था. ८ मई १९८१ को उनकी बतौर नायक पहली फिल्म रॉकी रिलीज़ हुई थी . इस फिल्म का निर्माण अजंता आर्ट्स के अंतर्गत पिता सुनील दत्त ने किया था. फिल्म के निर्देशक सुनील दत्त ही थे. फिल्म एक मज़दूर लीडर की हत्या और उसके बेटे के बड़े होने पर बदला लेने की घिसी कहानी थी. उस समय संजय दत्त केवल २२ साल के थे और नशीली दवाओं में डूबे रहते थे. इसे लेकर उनकी माँ नर्गिस और पिता सुनील दत्त बेहद दुखी रहते थे. नर्गिस अपने बेटे को हीरो बने देखना चाहती थी. लेकिन, अफ़सोस की फिल्म की रिलीज़ के ठीक पांच दिन पहले यानि ३ मई क उनका देहांत हो गया . वह कैंसर से पीड़ित थी. रॉकी में संजय दत्त की दो नायिकाएं टीना मुनीम (टीना अम्बानी) और रीना रॉय (रीना मोहसिन खान) थी. इस फिल्म में शोले के अमजद खान का पॉजिटिव रोल था. फिल्म में राहुल देव बर्मन का संगीत हिट हुआ था.
