Vidya Balan who plays the madam of a brothel in Begum Jaan, the Hindi adaptation of National Award-winning filmmaker Srijit Mukherji's Bengali film, Rajkahini is thoroughly enjoying playing such a drastically different role.

The actress who enjoys getting under the skin of her character, is going all out to ensure her look is completely authentic and even suggested to the makers to use vintage jewellery from her personal collection.

Says a source, " Vidya has a massive, impressive jewellery collection which she suggested the designer  use. Vidya loves ethnic sarees and jewellery and has over 300 earrings and loads  of rings,including some vintage costume jewellery . Since the film is based in the early 19th century it made complete sense to pick pieces from her personal collection"

Subhash Ghai- Sanjay Dutt to produce Khalnayak Returns

It is not a secret that the showman of Bollywood, Subhash Ghai and his Khalnayak’ actor Sanjay Dutt have always shared a good bond, moreover anything the two have given great films together. The talented personalities who have worked in films like “Vidhaata” and “Khalnayak” have finally confirmed that the team is all set to recreate their magic with Khalnayak Returns.

According to an insider, Mukta Arts and Sanjay Dutt Productions have entered into an agreement to produce Khalnayak Returns by the end of this year.  The script is currently in its final stage and the casting for the same is underway. Rumors had said that Tiger Shroff is going to be a part of the yesteryear blockbuster film’s sequel but the legend director has cleared the air.

Spilling more details, Director Subhash Ghai said, “Yes it’s confirmed Mukta Arts and Sanjay Dutt Productions have made an agreement to produce Khalnayak Returns by 2016 end. Sanjay will play Ballu Balram who comes out jail after 20 years and the rest it what happens next.  We are working on the script and once it's complete we will announce the rest of cast and credits. We are looking out for a well-known production with a young Director and an exciting cast.

We have not signed Tiger Shroff as it's rumored; we are still waiting to complete the script and will take a call for the rest of cast once it’s over. There is a lot of excitement around and we are also waiting for the right time to announce the further developments.

Khalnayak is one of the classic cult movies which received great success at the box office in 90s. With so much of hard work and excitement around its sequel, it will surely be something to know who is going star in it
