The way of working of CBFC is totally unfair, unjustified and illegal for our Film "EK Kahani Julie Ki" says actor Rakhi Sawant and Avadh Sharma

The makers and entire cast of the film "Ek Kahani Julie Ki" held a Press Conference for the censorship issue and claimed that CBFC has used arbitrary and unjustified way in issuing censor certificate.
Rakhi Sawant says "I am not a porn star and I am playing the lead in the film why pre decide my censor "
Avadh Sharma says "I will release he film and fight a legal battle and incurring losses ,censor has disappointed me "
In a brief conversation with the media they said “We had applied for Censor certificate under U/A certificate for our upcoming film “EK KAHANI JULIE KI” starring Rakhi Sawant, Amit Mehra, Saniya Pannu, Jimmy Sharma, Avadh Sharma, Rajesh Khera, Adi Irani, Sabgita Tiwari, Soniya Gupta, Sonu Baba and Rambir scheduled to be released on 09.09.2016"
The conference saw the presence of dj Sheizwood ,Director Aziz Zee , Actor Amit Mehra and Actor Jimmy Sharma and lawyers Devendra Singh Khatana & legal advisor Dharmendra  Kapoor  .
On 01.09.2016, CBFC had allowed the film for public exhibition under “A” category by cutting such dialogs, which were already censored by CBFC by issuing certificate under U/A category, though we are aggrieved with the arbitrary decision of CBFC and due to paucity of time we accepted the certificate under “A” category as the films is to be released on 09.09.2016.
CBFC has no proper mechanism or parameter for certification of a Film and the certificates are being issued by them of their will without following law/guidelines and without application of mind, which is apparent from the documents we had. We have the documents which clearly prove that CBFC has issued a certificate under U/A category for a dialogue and the said dialogue is already published as PROMO by us, but the same dialogue is not allowed to be included in the films certified for exhibition under “A” category.
The way of working of CBFC is totally unfair, unjustified and illegal as they even don’t rely upon the certificate already issued by them, therefore we are in process of taking legal course of action against CBFC for our legal right and for fighting in interest of the producers.
